Chicken Max in Barking and Dagenham

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!! DO NOT TAKE THE RISK!!!Orderd from them via Uber Eats at lunchtime at work and it didn't arrive until 4:30pm. Called them multiple times to find out where the driver was, I even took the owners number and sent them a map and pictures it was just outrageous. The food turned up absolutely soaked from the condensation, the boxes just disintegrated in the bag and was left with a cold soaking mess in the bag which went straight in the bin, all I managed to save out of it was a can of DRINK. £17 WASTED

Ordered the ribs they were cremated, inedible tough as old boots I paid £7.50 for 6 small ribs and couldn’t eat 1. The chips were cold and the bbq wings were foul. Excuse the pun. Never ever ever ever again will they darken my doorstep 🤮🤢🤮🤢

Waited 1 HOUR AND 25 MINUTES for our deliveryCalled to see where it was as 10 minutes late compared to delivery time we were given - the man was rude to start and told us to wait another 20 minutes so I told him to cancel the order.Within 2 minutes he called back apologising and offered a £4 discount if we waited the additional 20 minutes, we agreed.ANOTHER 15 MINUTES LATER get a call from just eat saying that they will not be delivering.1 HOUR AND 45 MINUTES we were waiting for food that never arrived

I ordered from here through Just Eat and had a missing item. Rang the shop, refused to resend delivery driver but offered me a fraction of the price of the missing item as a refund. Shocking service!

Well this takeaway is the worst takeaway I have ever ordered from. Turnt up in the specified reliever time but the food was freezing cold. Didn't eat it as was to cold to eat. Rang the shop to let the manager know & all i got from him was abuse down the phone. He called me a liar & said all customers are liars & that he doesn't care what the customer think. Told me to take up my complaint with hungry house, very aggressive & unhelpful. Do not order from here if you want nice hot food & good customer service. AVOID AVOID AVOID

I would like to advice people do not buy any food from this shop, this man has no hygiene at all, I saw him pick food from the floor and put back in the box for delivery. On top if you read all the review is bad, only the one he mad up looks good. He is very rude as well, he never accept that his food is cold, not tasty and on top he uses the same old for weeks to fry chips and other things. Believe me do not buy from this shop, there is nice chicken and chips shop just down from road from him. Dixy chicken is the best.

Absolutely disgusting customer service. Phoned to make an order and was told to wait a minute. He came on the phone and yeah! Then took my order speaking to me like a child. No manners and shouting at me because he couldn't understand me! Told him to forget it. I will take my money elsewhere!!!

I ordered a meal and was told it was an hour ad half wait, which i was not willing to accept so i requested that the order be cancelled. The staff then called me back on my mobile, swearing and abusive. If they are unable to handle the demand they should not accept the orders. To abuse their own customers is insane. Disgraceful service. I wish i could give them zero stars.

Absolutely disgusting behavior from the staff. Food was still not here after an hour and a half so called up to cancel. The guy on the phone went on an abusive rant, saying don't order from here again you f*****s. Use to be good but the deterioration is just astounding. Just avoid for your own sake!

Worst ever. Had to wait for my food for 2 n half hour. When I phoned them after an hour the guy on the phone was rude. The delivery driver arrived after 2 hours and 30 minsI apologised to him and said that I'm not taking the food. It is not the delivery guy's fault. The management in the shop is just awful.
