I had been trying to visit this place and finally got a chance to visit yesterday.Ordered Rib Eye and Sirloin steak for me and my wife and chicken strips for my 9yo daughter. One of the best steaks I ever had . Very juicy and tasty. Served in 15/20 min , very friendly staff.Bill was 80£ with service charges so it is certainly a pricey place but steaks are usually pricey .Highly recommended!!Follow me on Insta@irfanstraveldiary

Having succulent steak and being halal is very rare. I’ve heard a lot about this place and finally trying it I must say I was pleased. Apart from feeling slightly rushed (which I can understand being always fully booked) the food was great and came out very swift. Also having a fillet steak at this standard for £28 including fries and salad, I must say it is worth every penny.

Really nice restaurant. Good choice on the menu. We enjoyed mushrooms on toast and potato & crispy beef for starters. The fillet and sirloin steaks where perfectly cooked, price included salad and chips. Sauces extra, but a nice thick sauce with plenty to share.Very good service, attentive to our needs.

Very nice service from the stuff. I really enjoyed the steak and the burger and would reccomend it. Wings were okay. The mash potato wasn't nice. Overall I really enjoyed the mains and price was fair for the portion.

I’m sure y’all are acquainted with this spot - its name speaks for itself. Me and the boys felt a little steak so ventured out to ends.As we arrived a tad early, we requested bringing our reservation forwards. This was declined on the premise there were large bookings present. Maybe they were hosting Casper and gang.Anyway. I went for the rib eye steak, truffle mac and cheese with spice, and some blackforest mocktail. The rib eye was medium cooked and it was absolutely delicious - succulent and soft meat that was cooked and seasoned well. The fries and feta salad complemented the meat very nicely. The mac and cheese was outstanding - pasta super soft, very creamy cheese and the chillies added a beautiful kick with every sporkful.Naturally, the mocktail was on point (although densely filled with crushed ice (I see your tactics)).I thought the food was super tasty and fulfils the hype. The portion is good and price seems to match the area. My only issue is with the hospitality/engagement with customers - staff don’t seem welcoming or bothered and don’t seem to even have the courtesy to offer recommendations when queried. The decor is all right. A little odd and uncomfortable with wonky tables.Do I want to return? I wouldn’t go out of my way. But, if I was in Barking? I might consider it (I’m sure the locals already do). 6/10.

First time eating at Christina’s, recommended many times and I can safely say I’m glad I finally went! The starters of fried potato skins with fried beef was so different and so tasty, would definitely order that again.Homemade lemonade was fresh and easy on the palette, not too sweet.I never order burgers when dining out but had to try the brisket burger, which is cooked for 24hrs. It was so soft and tender, quite literally melt in your mouth tender meat and seasoned very well.Burger was accompanied by crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, skin on, chips.Desserts were lovely, Eton mess was light, refreshing and so good.Chocolate brownie was a little rich and heavy for me but tasted of good quality for the chocolate fans, go for it!Ambiance was lovely, decor was cosy, almost like sitting in a pleasant living room.Look forward to returning! Many thanks

Imagine going to a steak house and not eating anything made of beef! Weird right? But I did, and it wasn't too bad. Apart from a couple of item that stood out the non beef menu was satisfactory and you can find item in all parts of the menu. Starters, mains, sides and deserts. There was a great selection of drinks and friendly service by all the staff. So what did I order? Started off with chicken wings and some halloumi fries!I wanted the lamb shank from the menu, but only 2 are normally available and both were sold while we ordered. I followed this by getting fish and chips with peas, spicy truffle mac and cheese (this was good, really good!).All good meals deserve sweet treats and I got their famous sticky toffee pudding with ice cream! Warm, gooey and creamy, all at the same time.

This is the second time I’ve sat in to eat at Christina’s and it will be the last. The Pros: staff were polite, restaurant was fairly clean and very simple layout. The steak was seasoned wellThe cons: we waited ages to be served. When we ordered the food took about 30-45mins to come out. I think there is only 1 chef that works there as food was coming our slowly. There was only 2 waiters as well which meant we had wait every time we needed them. When the food finally came, it was over cooked. I asked for medium steak and mine was almost well done. The bucket of onions were nice but not hot at all. The chips were okay but got soggy quickly due to swimming in the salad dressing. After we ate the plates were not taken up from our table until we paid. Not very good for a steakhouse to serve over cooked steak. I also saw someone else send their steak back for not being cooked properly. This whole meal cost us £62.

This place was recommended by a friend and didn't disappoint. The BBQ brisket burger was my favourite, tender and melted in the mouth and fries were delicious.Staff were friendly and service was good.Prices are reasonable.Advise booking a table before, can get very busy. Will definitely be visiting again.
