Dixy Chicken in Barking and Dagenham

I would not recommend this to my worst enemy. I got 2 cheese burgers, both burgers meat had a round hole in the middle so all it was a bun with lettuce. The little that was left of the meat was so burnt and hard you can use it as a weapon. nuggets with chips, nuggets was burnt, chips was burnt. Would not feed to my dog. Also tried to over charge me, looked like it was normal for him.

This is a really disgusting place. Their food is of poor quality not fit for human consumption. They can't even calculate the right price for food. Please don't go and ever eat there. They need a visit from health and safety.they seriously need to think of their standards and the food they are providing people.

Was gonna give 3 stars for food and other staff but opened up my box of food and was fuming. Asked for re-fried wings as I like them crispy, had it done literally yesterday. Apparently they don't do it and it is not allowed, said the newish guys. Didn't even ask if I still wanted it as they can't re-fry but nothing. Speaking to one another (I could about understand) one guy says give the crispy ones and the guy serving just disregards that. Put the boxes direct into the plastic bag so you know they are gonna go soft and rip through. No paper in either of the boxes to stop the oil from seeping through. Two plonkers who need to understand basic customer service and procedures. Staff like that is what brings businesses down.

I wish I could give a lower star for their attitude and the way they even speak. Soo rude and arrogant. Disregard of request for your own food

Never ordering again , forgot the main part of the meal THE FRIES!!! And you lot never follow special instructions, if your staff can’t follow simple instructions then replace them

Everytime I order from here via Uber eats I never recieve a meal. Even though I pay for it. Rubbish customer service. Avoid

Bad attitude from old chap behind counter . Cannot talk to new staff the way he does . Food was OK. Had better . Much better

Chips were not cooked properly and staff looked clueless. Burger tastes weird. Would avoid this place at all cost.

I had severe food poisoning from eating spicy wings out of here yesterday. That's all I had. They seemed very greasy and sloppy for wings but I ate them anyway.The shop had only just opened up so I thought they must be fresh. I was so ill after work last night with excruciating stomach pains and diarrhea for about 5 hours until I got some medication. I'd never ever eat out of one of these nasty places ever again.BE WARNED !!

The chicken is always tasty and so are the fries (not soggy like most places). Their onion rings are also really nice (although it was advertised 9 pieces for £1, but once I got home, I found that they only gave me 6 pieces). The only item I do not like is the popcorn chicken (small) as I bought this twice and both times it was overcooked, hard and very oily.
