Domino's Pizza in Barking and Dagenham

Poor service and lazy drivers - I paid extra to have my pizza delivered so it would reach home before I did. And the lazy driver called me to tell me to come down stairs I asked him to buzz the door and they will come. The driver declined and my child had to go to the car to collect the door.What in the hell! I requested a refund in my delivery and was told because it was already delivered it wasn’t possible.Ridiculous and shameless

Always I recommend good pizza Domino’s but today’s pizza is rubbish Is not like before Or you charge the chef’s or something is wrong.my pizza been overcooking and not Tasty at all.👎🏻

Very bad experience by the driver!! I ordered a pizza and the driver posted as delivered the pizza but I haven't received anything. If I could I would not give a star. They don't deserve it. I am a regular customer but this time the driver was the worst. I will never order from this store again!

abusive to customers. last night I got some pizzas and asked about those offers that are on the menu after they charge the highest price at the beginning and only if you complain about the price to give discounts despite the fact that the discounts are on the menu. i asked why in the menu it says 12.99 for any pizza and you charge me 17.99 and they tell me discount is just if you take 1 pizza not more 🤔 .. be careful as I go there many times and different workers have different prices. Absolutely abusive 😡

The last time I ate from here, the pizza tasted fine, but I woke up the next day with food poisoning. Won't be able to think about eating here again for a while.

I'm buying pizza from here for 2 years now, delicios and well made, i collect mostly. They are really busy on weekends and this is a good sign, they have fresh ingredients. Don't listen bad reviews of frustrated people. Imo is the best place to buy a pizza.

Very poor service! I made an order over 1hr 40 min and the order still did not arrive. I called dominions and they advised that the order will be with me soon. I later checked the app only to see my order was out for delivery but another 23 minutes before receiving my order. This is completely unacceptable and it shows a lack of transparency from Dominos. It would have taken me 7 minutes to pick up the pizza, but because I had my kids in the house I thought it would be easier to order. The website quoted 20-30min. I would have even paid less because of my NHS discount. Not only did I not receive my order on time but I paid more and did not get the service. Workers Kavita and Mandeep do not appear to know what’s going on with their drivers. It’s just a mess, I will not be ordering from them again!

Horrible experience. Ordered a chicken pizza for my mums birthday, it came with no chicken. Called up the branch to rectify, they heard me on the call and then hung up on me and didn’t resolve this. Absolutely disgusted and will never order from this branch again. Rude customer service too.

I ordered two pizzas without pork in it because I am muslim. One of the pizzas they gave me was a pepperoni pizza- embarrassing!!
