Gourmet Chinese Takeaway in Barking and Dagenham

My favourite chinese spot ever!. I love the food and the service is always good, the lady is so kind. the food is always a 10/10 their salt and pepper spare ribs are the best, i 100% recommended.

I hadn't eaten bought in Chinese food for over three years mainly because I got a bit addicted to eating it quite a bit, and I needed to get fit and watch what I ate. The meal from this unassuming take away restaurant was very nice and delicious. I will definitely be ordering from them again in the near future. The food was very tasty and I enjoyed it tremendously.

Over 2 hours from ordering, 2 phone calls to them and told they would phone me back and 25 mins later still no call back and no food - avoid at all costs as they don't deliver

Food was nice my daughter enjoyed it very much I can only give 4 starts as my taste buds are up and down due to preg. But I will definitely buy again

Very friendly service, the woman behind the counter was very welcomeing and helpful. The portions sizes r also very generous and the food was a delight. Must try.

I used this takeaway for the first time yesterday. The food comes in very generous portions and was tasty. I prefer my prawn toast on thinner bread and with chopped water chestnut, but it was still good. The fried seaweed had dried scallops, which I love; not all takeaways add the scallops. The duck in plum sauce was also good although, next time, I shall try the roast duck. I found the service to be very good and the woman behind the counter was lovely, very friendly and helpful; she found a pair of chopsticks for me, nicer than the usual throwaway ones and opened the door (I'm disabled). I will definitely return.

Searched for "gluten free Chinese takeaway" and this one appeared. Checked their website and they say you can ask for allergy advice and find out more.But when we asked, there were no gluten free dishes and they claim that the website is showing info for a different store. Very misleading.

Alright food, have been ordering from here for almost 10 years but bad delivery and planning everytime.I live literally 2 minutes away by car and 5 mins by walking from the shop. But for some reason my food took forever to reach my house in my last order. The reasoning i was given was that an order was placed before mine and they lived over 10 minutes away which for some reason they felt that they had to deliver the food to that person first then to my house over 20 minutes after sending the food out. It just did not make sense.My takeaway bag was dripping with condensation, my spring rolls were soft and wet and the food was luke warm.Terrible delivery and i am not ordering from them again. They clearly do not know how to plan their deliveries. I received my order 70 minutes after ordering.

appalling service just got worse, despite the food being just under okish, i've been a regular customer over the last few months of rotating my support to local businesses, but after tonight, i will no longer be visiting this shop or ordering from it ever again.my advice to the business owners is to teach the staff what is legal and not legal(starting with what money not to refuse)my advice to customers if you still want to shop here, if you are not in a hurry, i sujest you take your ripped up money here, if they refuse to take it, report this to police and trading standard, because it is unlawful to refuse legal tender in the UK issued by the bank of England or bank of Scotland.am really trying not to vent my full anger here, yes this is me being nice
