Kfc in Barking and Dagenham

Been to this KFC a few times now and must say it's always the same mess. Almost every table covered with food and rubbish, waiting time 15 minutes and the regular portion of fries is like a kids portion.They are clearly understaffed and it's affecting the service. Honestly going to a chicken shop next time, same quality, half price and short wait.

Simply outstanding service! Everytime I go here or I order from here via Just eat, I either receive no correct items or simply no food at all. They don't care about hygiene, they don't clean and they won't give you any tissues. Best KFC ever, really! True rocket scientists working here!

I ordered there from Deliveroo. I got the Daredevil Box Meal, and they didn't even give me the zinger burger. They also gave me very small portion of fries, and it was stone cold. Horrible service. I would advise for everyone to not order from this branch again. You're better off going there and getting the food instead, since they're so incompetent when it comes to ordering online

Everytime I buy a meal here the food (zinger burger) is dry. And the chips aren't great either. Disappointed as the quality of KFC used to be so good. Its prob worth the detour to mcdonalds!

If there was an option to give 0 stars. I would’ve given zero. Pathetic service. No tissue available. Seriously that’s how they are running there business. If I have a option here to give them star I would give below 0 such a bad experience.

Went there today for the first time as a post workout meal and the food was amazing. The meal deals are really convenient, good amount of food for the money you pay. The waiting time is really small, you get your food immediately. Inside the decor is really nice and they have lots of tables to sit at so you can always find space there. The only minor inconvenience is when you order from the machine it doesn't print out your receipt but you can memorize your order number and ask the cashier to print it out for you in case you need it. Overall great food for a good amount of money

I paid for my order in one of those self serving machines and then was told at the counter that they didn't have a products available but instead I would be given a few pieces of chicken instead. Until the some random women unprofessonslly ranted off in her language and started discussing with the employee that had told be about giving the chicken pieces instead, was told how she had offered a more expensive product and that she would decline to sell me the chicken pieces and instead give me a refund. Until I made it clear that I understood her language Safa the so called “manager” of this Mickey mouse joint is an illeterate member of societies worst rejects. KFC should be embarrassed employing such useless people to sell and represent their products. I'm sure you These clowns are declining sales to customers and taking the food for personal consumption. I would absolutely not recommend buying anything from this place considering the type of clowns this place harbours.

I ordered a zinger burger the chicken was good but the salad was old you can see. The wings as always was good would definitely recommend like always and chips are great as well fresh.

Some time service was not up to stander, May be because of bussy or everyone be in rushed. One of my best Zinger Burger or Zinger burger box meal. Really yummy and specially they keep the taste since day one. Their wings really yummy and specially the way its rosted really Finger licking.

The food is okay. But the staff at the till are not very helpful. I asked for supercharged sauce but then the lady at the till said that there is no sauce when there was sauce next to her. Then I had to asked the other person at the till for one. Food is okay in general but staff needs a bit more training.
