KFC in Barking and Dagenham

Where do i even start lolThe chicken they put in the burgers is not even half the size of the bunsSome of the cashiers are just stupid, im sorry, but thats just how it is. Didn't even know how the kfc app worked so i couldnt get my free side.They are all always stressing whenever I go, there could be 5 customers inside and these man would move like its a life or death situationOrder waiting time is usually 15 minutes.Other than that, the food is a solid 7.5/10 and some certain things are worth the wait.

My husband and I had "spicy" chicken burgers and fries. However the burgers were very bland. I would not recommend to eat that here. However the employee was very nice and helpful.

Extremely disorganised and slow in their service. They remove orders from the screen and then you have to chase them and they have to do the order from scratch as they have no clue what happened to the order despite seeing them remove it from screen.If you want to eat in bring your own cleaning materials and be prepared to do it yourself as no one cleans the tables. The staff are simply clueless and spend most of their time in a daze confusing one another and achieving very little. Definitely amongst the worst KFCs about.Delivery service from here is terrible as I have never had a complete order. They will either miss something or several things or you may receive something completely different!

Worst kfc ever the manager sits esting hisngood reading paper when queue is out of door , staff nsmed pramjit is rude to customers they clickmtheborders off to hit their tirms.but keep people waiitng for 20.mins aweful

Been to this KFC a few times now and must say it's always the same mess. Almost every table covered with food and rubbish, waiting time 15 minutes and the regular portion of fries is like a kids portion.They are clearly understaffed and it's affecting the service. Honestly going to a chicken shop next time, same quality, half price and short wait.

I ordered there from Deliveroo. I got the Daredevil Box Meal, and they didn't even give me the zinger burger. They also gave me very small portion of fries, and it was stone cold. Horrible service. I would advise for everyone to not order from this branch again. You're better off going there and getting the food instead, since they're so incompetent when it comes to ordering online

If there was an option to give 0 stars. I would’ve given zero. Pathetic service. No tissue available. Seriously that’s how they are running there business. If I have a option here to give them star I would give below 0 such a bad experience.

Went there today for the first time as a post workout meal and the food was amazing. The meal deals are really convenient, good amount of food for the money you pay. The waiting time is really small, you get your food immediately. Inside the decor is really nice and they have lots of tables to sit at so you can always find space there. The only minor inconvenience is when you order from the machine it doesn't print out your receipt but you can memorize your order number and ask the cashier to print it out for you in case you need it. Overall great food for a good amount of money

I ordered a zinger burger the chicken was good but the salad was old you can see. The wings as always was good would definitely recommend like always and chips are great as well fresh.

Some time service was not up to stander, May be because of bussy or everyone be in rushed. One of my best Zinger Burger or Zinger burger box meal. Really yummy and specially they keep the taste since day one. Their wings really yummy and specially the way its rosted really Finger licking.
