Lucky Inn in Barking and Dagenham

DO NOT ORDER from here. Ordered special fried rice specially said no beef. Received the order with beef, I had called the restaurant the staff were extremely rude even though they had messed up my order. They said they will send out a new one it’s been over an hour and I have still not received my food.

Everything I ordered from this place tasted horrible! The chicken satay was deep fried and drenched in oil.

Great food. On time. Really enjoyed it. Knocked a star off as the containers the food was delivered in were the smaller ones. Nevertheless will be ordering from here again.

Lucky inn should be called lucky outOrdered once never ordering from here again nothing chinese about it at all. Ordered Singapore fried rice. It was a biryani. Wish i had read the reviews!!!

Orderd singapore fried rice but i think they gave me a indian biryani instead.First and last time buying from that shop.Wish i read the reviews before i orderd.Shame i couldnt give 0 star

Nothing lucky about this takeaway. Used to be a staple takeout for our family before it got taken over. Should be a warning when they also sell pizza and spaghetti. All pork is replaced with horrid poor quality lamb. Never again. Miss the old owners.

I had ordered the king prawn rice with the king prawn curry, the rice was quite exquisite however there wasn’t enough prawns it felt as if I was just eating egg fried rice which was disappointing also, the king prawn curry was quite spicy which was not mentioned on the menu and had also less prawns then I was expecting. I wasn’t completely dissatisfied but for future reference do add prawns to the prawn dish!

Ordered beef chow mein, special fried rice and dumplings. Absolutely disgusting. If Chinese food is cooked like that then its a insult. Food was dry, could not eat, waste of 40 quid and food. Wrote notes but decided to ignore all. Save yourself the hassle and avoid this place.

Order the food and was very disappointed as the salt and pepper squid was so oily and hard as rock king prawn same i just could taste the old oil and food came cold very very disappointed

Disgusting. Not Chinese food at all. The special fried rice was just boiled rice in a normal tub, the pancake roll had NO meat just bean sprouts, the prawn crackers were at least 2 days stale, the vege dish was just chestnuts & hard broccoli and the driver was half hr early ringing on my neighbours door with an attitude. Worst Chinese takeaway of my life and a waste of money.
