McDonald's Restaurant in Barking and Dagenham

Probably the worst McDonald's I've ever visited in my life. The staff are terrible. Slow. No customer service skills. I can't remember how many times they give me the wrong food or missed out some of my order. And it is much quicker to order from justeat and have it delivered than to walk into the store. Order and leave with your food. But you might not get some of your order.I'm not surprised really. Most places in barking suffer the same issues.

Stuff are rude, food sitting on the side for 20 min because Stuff bearly move around the place. It's a fast food!!!! I shouldn't wait for my food like in the restaurant. If your Stuff not capable to do job, they shouldn't be there. And where is customer service, when they rude to you for them mistake...

Horrible service..had to ask for my table service they took 25min..guess they wouldn't serve me until I asked..disappointed

Always needs a good clean!! Food is hit and miss. Staff are rude and unhelpful. Things need to change!!!!!

Had to wait a very long time for the food to be cooked. Some of the staff were very friendly, others seemed like they couldn't be bothered and were quite abrupt to customers. When the food arrived it wasn't even hot. It has gone down hill over the years. Won't be going back there any time soon.

The most aggrovating mcdonalds. Wait was about twenty minutes for the simples things like fries. We ordered they didn't give our fries came back for them and our sauces. 9 sauces to be specific got 3. They don't listen. Also the uber eat workers just put the cherry on top of the cake. They crowd the counter blocking customers and disturb the workers. Poor management. Poor customer service. And most of all slow. Extremely slow to receive decent food.

Worst McDonald’s ever the food quaintly all I asked for was help with a not to update system to placeing a voucher and I got told someone is out on the floor only to be ignored after asking where again being ignored got a dirty attitude and shouted at and told she’s out there iv never understood why people work for hospitality if youCan’t provide a smile or even have a great meal try the seven kings branch amazing managers

Horrible serviceThey don’t know the time value.Not enough staff and staff don’t have respect, showing attitude and thinking they are giving food for freeIt’s too bad.McDonalds should look into this else it will ruin the image . People should be proactive in morning and give a warm welcome to customers when you are in a service industry. This McDonald’s is totally opposite

This Mcdonald has unhelpful staff, non can operate a till. And when you ask them can you order via till not machine they refuse.Machines aren't cleaned here not very hygienic or friendly staff. Avoid
