TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLEALWAYS OVER CHARGING & NOT GIVING THE RIGHT BILL AMOUNTS TO THE CUSTOMER.NOT THE 1ST TIME ALSO THIS HAS HAPPENED. THE DELIVERY DRIVERS SAY THAT THE PRICES ARE ALWAYS WRONG.I FEEL FOR THE DRIVERS HAVING TO DEAL WITH WRONG AMOUNTS BECAUSE THE STAFF CANNOT GIVE A CORRECT AMOUNT FOR THE BILL TO THE CUSTOMER.IF YOT CANNOT LISTEN AND UNDERSTAND THE ORDER AND GIVE THE CORRECT AMOUNTS DONT DO IT. UR LOSING BUSINESS.IVE GOT A MENU INFRONT OF ME SO I KNOW THE PRICES. AND I HEAR HER OVER THE PHONE DOUBLE CHECKING THE DELIVERY PRICE WHEN IM ORDERING.DONT ORDER FROM OVER THE PHONE, YOU WILL HAVE AN ARGUMENT UPON DELIVERY.TERRIBLE.......

Food was great today, appreciated that chef checked my additional comments about wanting the food to be spicy, greatly appreciated. Chef on 3 December did an amazing job. Totally enjoyed, well seasoned food. Thank you

Something went wong, food ready in under 5 minutes, if you cant even get a curry sauce right, then something aint right, it was sweet and tasted like it had sugar in it and was orange colour, the chips looked odd and strange, old. The dry ribs, just strange and greasy. Something is not right with this place, first time ordering, wont be again, i hope for their businesses sake they sort it out...

Not even one star. Ordered on just eat at 6:30 PM food arrived at 9 PM. Cold, tasteless and couldn’t eat it and went straight to the bin. I called the store 2 times. One lady kept telling me that the food is on the way. After 2,5 hrs. The restaurant is a 7mins drive to my house. Never ever would order again. Horrible customer service.P.S. I never leave bad reviews. If I don’t like it, I just never come back but today was too much. After a stressful day you just want to have a nice dinner and relax. Definitely not the case !

Worse food I have ever had. Neva ordering from their again. No taste wat so ever. Less chicken or noodles n more vegetables. Egg fried rice did not really taste like egg fried rice. 0 star rating. Had to order from somewhere else

DO NOT EAT HERE!!!!!!my partner had been coming here for a long time over 20 years, and we will never eat here again! See story below....We ordered our first Chinese this year, i am vegetarian so went for a Thai green vegetable curry with a vegetable rice, my partner went for a meat dish.As soon as we got it I noticed something was very wrong as I couldn't work out what one the veggie one was, normally, as you can imagine this is pretty easy for me. After a couple of minutes we realised my veggie curry had chicken in it, and the rice wasn't a vegetable rice, My partner tried his dish to which it was stone cold.We called them right away to tell them what had happened, we would've liked them to have bought us what we requested and for it to be hot, we would have obviously given the other dishes. (we live fairly close) The best they could come up with is a discount on the next order, this was meant to be my dinner and I don't eat animals. My partner was also unhappy about the cold food. so we told them we are coming there now.When we got there we either expected to get what we ordered or a refund, they refused to both. We were very unhappy with their customer service and ability to help, they gave the cashier such a hard time over it too, she even admitted to us that if the order turns out wrong they take it from her wages, In The end we only got a £13 refund, this was very upsetting as we spent £30 on the food, also to make things worse we never were given any food back.So daylight robbery there! We had just a small amount left to by dinner with.Ofcorae if I could give 0 stars I would.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE I spent £27.00 only to find glass in my food I called them to explain what I found in my food after just one fork full crunched into shreds of glass I spat this out called them only for them to tell me it's impossible as there is no glass in the kitchen. They refused to come and take the food back and refused a refund. I took the food back with the glass pieces in a tissue. I also had the dish, and the photographic evidence! The woman was very argumenative and called me a liar, but had the audacity to tell me to take another meal THAT HAD ALREADY BEEN PREPARED!!! Still after calmly explaining I no longer feel comfortable eating their food and would just like a refund. I had to raise my voice, and when the other customers in the shop became aware of what was happening, they quickly said, I can have a refund... and offered it back in CASH.... I'm absolutely appalled by this situation... Now let's just remember where this pandemic we are all going through started!... just putting it out there!Beware 😤

Where do I start! I put order in at 16.00 for delivery at 18.27(6.27) at just before 17.00 (5) they delivered my food. Had to explain I didn't want that Time. And that it was noted.When my delivery turned up, yes food was good, But the duck was super dry, like it had been nuked. I called Mr Wong, explained but the person put the phone down in me.. bad bad move.

I'd ordered from here before and liked their food so I recently decided to get some food from here as I had invited a couple of friends over and didn't feel like cooking. The service was great, very friendly and polite, then the food arrived. First of all they had mixed some orders and I ended up with a dish I hadn't ordered, but that wasn't the problem. The food was cold and I mean ice cold, either it had been frozen and they had just taken it out or they'd given us some from the day before.
