Papa Johns in Barking and Dagenham

Found a hair in my pizza and they gave us the wrong dips, that i payed extra for, i called them and they didn’t do anything about it. They sounded like they didn’t care! Would definitely avoid them.

This place has now gone downhill, my last 4 orders were horrible, badly cooked and prepared and things missing. It was not like this even couple months ago. Not ordering from here again, I ordered weekly before.

Ordered half and half Pepperoni pizza and chicken bbq, only 4 pieces of Pepperoni and 5 pieces of chicken not sure what you would call the chesse bits can not believe this shop has gone down so much thats why I give them no stars but I can not post without stars. Will buy from asda from now on.

The best pizza you could ever buy in Dagenham is definitely from PAPA JOHN'S. I really recommend it to everybody beacuse of it's diverse menu, high quality ingredients, fast delivery and always good customer service especially from Simran, being always extremly polite and helpfull. Good job Dagenham team !

Horrible service. Waited 2 hours for the pizza. And came cold. Quality so low. Staff does not know English. Never again ordered from them.

Got given to e wrong drink so rung up and asked for it to be swapped they said they would and hadn’t after 45 minutes I rung back and they was saying I lied and did have the right drink after then my partner took the phone as told them we didn’t and asked to just refund it and they said they will deliver it within 20 minutes and that was 40 minutes ago

Found 2 hairs in my pizza. Called up the store and they acted like they couldn't find my address which they delivered the pizza to. The staff were rude and clearly did not care about the health and safety issue. Stay away from this horrible place!

Delivered hot and on time. :) Very tasty vegan pizza.

Best pizza in town. Regular customer here. Good service and good food. You definitely won't get the runs here. Give it a try ;)

So ordered the most basic pizza a cheese one! Waited for over one hour then called up was told they were busy and the driver should be leaving on a few minutes when asked how long was told “well he is driving so 10-15mins so that would mean for a margarita pizza so now after one and a half hours still no pizza. The issue is. I calll to confirm being late nothing when ordering to state time delay app now changed so you cannot track your order. Staff generally not interested.However this may just be a Sunday thing as normally during the week I have not had any issues with ordering and delivery but as a paying customer these are the issues that will lead me to go elsewhere.I think it may be worth someone from papa johns to see what the issue is even tho this is probably a franchise and therefore not really there problem.And by the way when the pizza did finally turn up it was burnt!!!
