Pizza Hut in Barking and Dagenham

Ordered 2 large pizzas (Havaian and Meat Feast) for my daughter's birthday from this Branch and paid £44.47 and the two pizzas arrived burned, overcooked and dry. Tasted of bitter cardboard. Had to put both in the bin as nobody in the house would eat them (we all love to eat pizza). When I went to see the reviews, I knew that there was no point in even complaining as from other reviews, you can see that they are not even bothered to reply to comments or try to rectify the issues. Worse customer service ever. A waste of £45 that could have been spend on my daughter. Pizza Hut, if you want to keep you reputation and customers, do spot check on this branch, change management or franchise or you will end up closing this branch and loosing your customers to other local pizza shops.

I have ordered a few times and they have delivered great tasting veggie pizzas.

I just tried to order a pizza from this place and was told I can’t order over the phone I tried to explain I’ve ordered online twice and the order Had been incorrect. Only to be told he doesn’t need to justify anything to me he doesn’t need me as a customer.NP. Thank you for the poor service

Order was carried out fast and the man behind the counter was very attentive and welcoming, while tending to all needs. Wedges were disappointing

Extremely disappointed, just ordered a large pizza from barking Pizza Hut for my children, the pizza is overcooked and burnt. The garlic bread is also overcooked. Tried calling the store so many times and no one answers. Absolutely appalling. We always order from Domino's and thought on this occasion lets give Pizza Hut a go. Never again. Very poor quality and service. A disgrace to say the very least.

We stopped ordering from pizza hut Barking for many years now due to always being disappointed - over cooked and hardly any cheese on their pizza. We randomly thought to give them a go today. WE WERE PLEASANTLY SURPRISED! Very tasty. Hot, cooked perfectly and decent amount of cheese. Also customer service was really good. I accidentally placed my order to the wrong address, but they were able to change it, no questions asked. Must be new management. We will definitely order again.

The best pizza hut in town for pizza lovers. pizza was fresh and well baked with delicious crust and tasty cheese. I forgot to add something in my order and person on phone was so well mannered and helpful when I called pizza hut to make some changes. Big up to Gul pizza was super hot and was delivered before the estimated delivery time.

We ordered a few pizzas tonight and one pizza was delivered wrong, phoned up and it was no issue, they were sending another pizza in replace (which will be 35 minutes) Then they offer £10 off our next order as a curtesy, or so we thought. An hour goes by and we’re on the phone asking where this pizza is. The lady we spoke to earlier changes what she originally told us, and she said she offered us 10% off our next order in REPLACE of the £17 pizza. Who on earth would take this deal? And she kept changing her mind from £10 to 10%. Honestly astonished by the dishonesty from this branch. Definitely don’t order from here, I’m not usually one to leave a review but this was my mums dinner and now she’s left to eat on her own at half 8 at night. Pathetic excuse for Pizza Hut.

This is what was delivered to me... shameful. the other pizza was even worse than this. i should have sought a refund. Advice: check your pizza when you receive it. The previous guy the same time dropped the chicken strips on the floor before handing them to me. I wish i could give 0.
