Super Cook in Barking and Dagenham

Restaurant changes owners more times than I change my socks, however the food is always Hot & Tasty and the Prices aren't bad at all for the amount of food you get, used to live across the road so would be my weekly takeaway and even though I live abit further away now still my go too for a Chinese.

Just finished eating our food from here, had some difficulties on justeat ordering as it said we was too far away which we aren't as we have always ordered from here. Called super cook and they was super helpful and let us order a different way still using card. Food turned up so hot, so fresh and absolutely delicious. 10/10.

Delicious , good size portions of food and what is also very important, friendly staff with great customer service. Best Chinese takeaway in Dagenham. Highly recommend this place.

Always hot and fresh. Great customer service. Chicken balls perfect and prawn on toast lovely and thick!!!! My go to Chinese every time....kids love it too xx

Love how authentic the place is, we ordered chicken balls and shredded beef both are still crispy when it arrives, not to mention the portion are huge too!

Ordered confirmed order, and sent completely wrong order.Wouldn't even sent right one.You think they would put someone who spoke english better on the phone to stop this from happening.Was my favourite place for years £90 order and they cant even sort their mistakesWill have to find a new place.....

Regularly order from here but lately incomplete orders when phoned up was not helpful at all . Would highly not recommend them as his happens most of the times we ordered. My family regularly spent about £200 a month . But never again .

Delicious food, the place seems to be constantly improving, food is tasting even better with recent orders. Reliable delivery service too

Terrible terribleHad a takeaway aromatic duck this eveningWas slightly delayed in getting home due to heavy traffic but needless to say I was looking forward to my Chinese!It was the most disgusting piece of duck I have had in a very long time all of which was a load of fat that made me gag I called the shop and the owner did not want to know and said I should have called them upon delivery. Oh really. I wasn't even home at that point. So they think I'm obviously telepathic!!! What's the world coming too !!! Couldn't even offer an alternative out of courtesy. Very bad management and that's one customer that won't be returning !!

Phoned an order over and was told it might be up to an hour. 1 hour 20 minutes later I rang to ask where it was. I was told it was ready to go so I said that I would expect it within 10 minutes (not unreasonable for the distance). I was then informed that they were waiting for a driver to return and take it ( to be honest I didn't believe them and expected the call to give them a hurry up on the order). A further 25 minutes elapsed. The food turned up COLD. How they have the nerve to send out food in this condition is unbelievable.......some could be reheated some definitely could not. I expect a full refund but I doubt that it will come my way.
