My parents had a wonderful meal on Friday😁. Kerry G their waitress couldn't be any more acomadating. It was my dads Birthday and Kerry gave him a card and gift. What a lovely touch. They will definitely go ago.

Tables booked For 40 after a family funeral. All good, food good and service good. Most had carvery which was nice. Waiter very friendly and efficient. No complaints at all.

I was visited this restaurant for a family meal the service was so slow the way the food was brought out was confusing i asked for glass bottle cokes and was given coke zero in a glass then had to wait 10 minutes for them to change the drinks i was standing at the bar for 15 mins for service it was the weirdest experience I have ever had and it was not busy at all theur was a couple other tables there was a lot of empty tables .I had to wait again for another 10/15 minutes to pay a £5 deposit just for my 7 year old son to have access to the pool cues and chalk then i had to pay to use the table all for 5 minutes then i left .The food was ok i had the carvery and i will say the chef who served the carvery was such a nice gentleman that is basically the only positive i can say i definitely would not recommend 😞 i prefer table table or toby carvery

Had a quick lunch, chose the place only because there was nothing else open at 1pm in the area, unless you consider McDonald’s as an option (which I do not). Service was
well, there wasn’t much of it really. One lady trying to cover 12 lunch tables, an impossible task. Food?.. the best tasting item on my plate was ketchup and mayonnaise. It’s an ok place to eat if you are desperate, but if you have time on hands, I would recommend to go somewhere else.

It's OK. Food is typical pub food, nothing special but OK selection and portion size. Service is relatively quick and price OK for the quality. If your staying at the hotel (premier inn) and just want food then it's fine. There are better places for a more "special" meal however.

Walked in, was left waiting at the door for nearly 10 minutes, told to get our own table. Was then left waiting another 10 minutes to be served for drinks only. Only another 5 minute wait for the drinks then they took our order. 20 minutes for 'starters' ridiculous. no smiles on faces just bad attitude. 'Manager' not helping out at all it seems, despite 'short staff'. Food took 45 minutes to arrive since ordering. Unbelievable. AVOID.

Visited for Sunday carver has previously enjoyed it here. Well I say it was absolutely intolerable . We had a table booked and didn’t actually have our order taken until 35 mins later despite it being not that busy. Waiters heard arguing with each other who was serving who very unprofessionally driven. Once served went for carvery the chef was incredibly rude and thinks he is funny or something. Yorkshires rationed and potato’s even though states unlimited on menu . Meat was dryer than a nuns chuff . Cutlery looks as if it’s been in the mouths of the whole of Dagenham and not been cleaned since it opened . Glassware filth. After that bad experience I thought I’d treat my self to the bread and butter pudding but guess what they haven’t had them in stock since having them in the menu 6 months ago. Won’t be returning unless I want food poisoning or something

Food is good, prices good. Carpark is handy (remember to register your car on the touch panel at reception). Staff are pleasant but obviously run off their feet (understaffed?). Bit annoying have to go to the bar and queue each time (if you didnt order everything at once when first seated). We will go again.

Nipped in with my 9 year old as was stopping at next doors premier inn, I ordered the garlic mushrooms and dirty fries (did want the seaside spuds but was sold out) my 9 year old had flatbread and pasta and pancakes for dessert, everything came out at the same time which was fab and was hot but I have to mention millie our waitress who was absolutely brilliant, always smiling and went out of her way to help excellent customer service!!!! Will be returning if down this way again 😃

Last time we arrived here we had a booking that the management ended up messing that up so we had to go somewhere else to eat a year ago. Finally, this time they didn't get it wrong and we were able to go to our family reunion meal out for 10 people. The service was fast for us considering how many people on our table. Food tasted great, I had the Classic Cheeseburger and an Appletiser drink.Polite and funny stuff and they knew what they are doing. The chairs feel comfortable enough too, to sit on for a good few hours. Clean tables. Spacious place with plenty of tables.3 hours free customer parking, just need type your REG in on their screen once you get into the restaurant entrance.
