Caffe Nero - Edgware in Barnet

Nothing seems to change there really rude staff, not interested at all. Girl chewing while serving. No service skills or people skills at all. Place dirty. Shame management are not intetested, if they were, they may be busier

Been a customer for fifteen years but service has been deteriorating rapidly. Trainee barista made my coffee in a paper cup because no large mugs washed and although I was drinking in she put the lid on laughing hysterically (with a friend standing almost behind the counter ) when the cream splurged everywhere. She wiped the lid with a dirty cloth . The tuna melt sandwich was forgotten and I had to remind her to take it out after a long time- very crisp indeed.For what my opinion is worth she should take time off to have a laugh with her friend and I should find a better place to spend £12.

Not a cafe I visit often as to me, it doesn't feel very clean or fresh. The staff are not very friendly as my daughter was subject to a bit of an attitude when serving her the wrong drink. Not expected, I don't think I will be visiting there again :(

Unfortunately every time I visited the branch with friends the table were always left unclean and some members of the staff were busy talking in their own language to the colleagues while serving rather thani interact with the customer when serving .

Very dirty, fruit flies everywhere which I believe is due to poor hygiene, staff not that friendly and rush you to finish. We won't be going there again. Also the coffee is burnt

Very nice coffee shop. The prices are a little steep but the coffee is worth it. The staff were really friendly. Would recommend and would go again after pay day.

There was a 6 foot diameter puddle of spilt drink left unmopped for 90 minutes. Only one staff.

.REVISITED - neglected and run-down. Grubby and tatty now settling in as the default setting.The pastry/cake display/selection ( as per my photograph) was risible. Pathetic.Service indifferent and mechanical though the coffee remains adequately acceptable.This branch might just be Cafe Nero’s cafe zero

Nice and chilled. Cheaper and better coffee then starbucks.

Wonderful coffee, sandwiches and pastries there quality is excellent and the service is very friendly
