My experience here was terrible . One older lady on Sunday morning was not even listening to take my order she was talking over me, I was a bit "confused" about an item which I wanted to buy but she got very quickly frustrated with me and called another colleague lady to deal with me. The other lady was also influenced by her interaction with me. Very bad experience

Visited Greggs on Barnet High Street this afternoon and was served by Scott, I must say, what a lovely young man with exceptional Customer Services, I highly recommend him for a pay rise. I will definitely be visiting again when in the area.Thank you so much Scott, you're a star.

Just walked in at 7.20 before work. Every single meat option is available and yet not one vegan item is ready. And I'm told 15 minutes till it is. Now I have no breakfast because of lazy staff who don't care if people don't want to eat meat...

The best Greggs I have been to in London. The food from here is always fresh and piping hot and the service is quick and efficient. Staff have always been friendly whenever I've been. A staple on the Barnet high street!

I went to Gregg's on Barnet High Road. I was served by a lady called Sharon who was very friendly and helpful. I wanted a pepperoni slice but they didn't have any on the shelf. Sharon advised me she could put one on to cook for me and how long it would take. I was amazed as I have gone to Gregg's many times and the pepperoni slices have not been seen to be stocked and not once was I informed they could prepare one for me. Sharon is an asset to the Gregg's chain and she makes me happy to visit the Barnet shop. Not all the staff at every store is as friendly or helpful.
