They have changed the menu , however they have kept the old menu for takeaway, this is good but it is overpriced ! . The customer service is almost unbearable, take or leave it!? " It is what it is." The management is not trying to provide the good service to the customers and, with that influence the waiter tried to convinced us that the soup can be eaten by fork as they were short of disposable spoons, mind you it was 2 PM! Ridiculous! Not only that, the takeaway menu must be paid cash even though our order was above £50.Sincerely, I hope they do change their attitude towards their customer service.Ratings:Food: 6/10Service: 1/10Ambience: 8/10New management: 1/10Value out of money: 3/10From Frank.

Medioka service, terrible food, bad quality and most dishes almost inedible, expensive for what and where it is and couldn't manage their bookings on time to seat their guests at the times booked... all on all a bad experience and won't be going back there again. Sorry, but don't usually like leaving low score reviews but unless the management aren't aware then this may point them in the right direction....

This restaurant has gone through a completely new renovation from its entire interior design to menu since this summer. I went recently and was surprised at how beautiful it’s become, the ambience is very comfortable and elegant - perfect place to have drinks (cocktails, wine etc) whilst talking comfortably. If you went here before the renovation and didn’t have the best experience, definitely give this place another go because I believe the chefs have changed and the menu has improved greatly. The dim-sum and meal choices are little compared to the average Chinese restaurant but in exchange every dish is made to a high quality standard. I highly recommend everything but in particular for dim-sum, the mushroom truffle bun, beef steak puff pastry and baked barbecued pork bun blew me away. Dinner was also incredibly enjoyable and none of the dishes were oily or too heavy in taste - the truffle duck was so delicious. Will definitely be back!

Absolutely beautiful restaurant. The food was delicious and so well presented. Im happy to have such a great restaurant around the corner. Will definitely be coming back.

Very pleasant surroundings and spacious seating. Dim sum was of a high standard presented and prepared with care and style.West end prices but worth it in my opinion.Overall very good however one waiter was a bit rude hence 4 stars.

Andrew what can i say, everything was amazing - the new decor, the food the service!!! My wife and I moved out of the area a few years ago, we used to go here quite often and i am glad we managed to find time to go yesterday. Thank you to all the staff, we had a really nice evening and the food was really nice - the boa buns, the dim sum, the steak in XO sauce, noodles, the dessert. We will definitely be back really soon!

An absolute gem of a restaurant. The decor is beautiful and very high end. The staff are absolutely fantastic and I really enjoyed talking with them. The star of the show is the food. It is a short and well though out menu and it was faultless. I eat oriental food frequently and with easy access to the west end im spoilt but this is some of the best I have ever had! This place is delightful and is my new fave restaurant in NW.

Best place for Dim Sum! I’m definitely going back for more. The food is fresh and super delicious, adding new refurbished look of the restaurant really worth visiting 😊
