Kfc in Barnet

Be careful where you eat from stale bun and I don't joke about the soggy rice and I'm sure chicken is rat!!! I have no words for the so called fries !!!

This KFC offers table service using its self checkout feature but in reality once you've you've selected it you can't actually have it. They won't bring it to you instead they state at you totally confused and look at you totally perplexed like it's the most complicated thing they've ever seen and like it's you with the problem. Offer table service and don't have it on the self checkout don't let customers select it so they have to restart the whole order again when they are told that they can't bring it to your table.KFC also need to be looking at their customer service carefully and the customers and general. They should be doing some sort of market research because if they just so they would know that most customers not interested in a healthy alternative food. I for one don't know anyone that wants just diet drinks with their food. KFC think that we are all kids can't make the sentence for ourselves so don't even offer regular Pepsi as an option to be honest with you it's bad enough that they don't offer Coca-Cola but not offer any regular drinks.... you know the type with sugar in them the sugury kind that's disgusting. KFC think that they know what's best for our customers but they really don't and this is reflected more than dropping customer satisfaction and numbers recently.Stay away from KFC don't care about you and I don't care about themselves or the service that they provide or lack thereof.. the king of chicken has certainly Fallen so many better places to go with actual human beings speaking to you like you are a human being.

Not enough staff and hence if it is a little busy, you'll have to wait for a good while. Otherwise is clean and friendly staff.P.S. They don't give you what pieces you want. I was told if I don't want wing in a 9 pieces bucket, I have to wait 45 minutes and at the end gave me 2 wings which went straight in to the bin as I hate them.

The food is 👍good.the service is a little slow.No where to park your car. The KFC can get a little busy sometimes.

Ordered 45 pounds worth of food from deliveroo.am allergic to mayo so I called kfc on the phone and specified no mayo or lettuce, burger arrives with lettuce and mayo.called kfc again and they tried blaming me,absolutely disgusted!

Went here after 9.30pm on a weekday with my partner as we wanted something quick and cheap to eat. Place was quiet. Staff was friendly. Place looked clean apart from the toilet. Food was freshly served and hot. Packaging was good. Sat in and ate. Food was tasty and ok.

Nice staff, rude manager and shame that he lets the delivery drivers act like they own the premesis. he also does not mind them parking on the sidewalk, being a danger to pedestrians and causing obstructions! It is aslo KFC's responsability guide the delivery drivers as to how to be more respectful to the community.

Ordered from this place twice and both times the food has been far too oily to eat!The only good thing is the packaging which travels well when ordering online.

Couple of weeks ago went in after 9pm. Food was dry but the staff was pleasant and accommodating HOWEVER went in again today just after 9pm asked for a meal the person in charge told the counter staff he had only 3 particular pcs of chicken!!!The clean up had already started and also the food is served from the back so you have no idea what's going on?I guess if you want fresh and a choice you have to go before 8pm!
