Leon - Brent Cross in Barnet

I came into some machines . One person doing Delivery orderes and What seemed to be manager behind the till . I was trying to order from the machines which didn’t have the cheezy fries on their list to which isn’t my fault . I said this once which I was told it’s on the machine tills went back again nothing went to the man said there isn’t nothing there , I understand your busy but to tell me you’ll take my order in 5 mins isn’t the one . Maybe employ more staff because clearly your machines are letting you down. You looked stressed . Unfortunately I left I’ll go elsewhere where I won’t be told wait 5 mins

They have recently upgraded the ordering process with self service using a touch screen and during busy times it becomes slow and found the touch screens not very responsive.But worth the wait as the food is always great and warm. Staff really nice and helpful. Love it.

Food was tasty and plenty of seating in an area behind the counter. Ordering using interactive screens was a bit laborious with all the different milk options to name but one variation. The food came out really fast, but the 3 drinks (tea, coffee and an iced coffee) took an additional 5-10 minutes even with 2 people serving - still not sure those carefully selected milk options made it into the actual drinks either! I'm hoping this a one off event so will reinstate the missing star on my next visit!

Nowadays people only give feedback when they’ve had a negative experience and in a world where customer services seems to be non existent I wanted to make a point of saying how impressed I was with the excellent customer service I received from Petra and Patricia who are part of the team at Leon, I could’ve been disappointed due to an error but was completely blown away by the way it was handled and wasn’t upset at all. Leon you are doing something very right here - your staff have been well trained and are very likeable! Thank you for a great experience and delicious food!

I needed warming up so decided to stop for a bite to eat and a coffee. There was one lady serving both delivery orders and walk-in customers, which prolonged the wait to get your food. I often wonder who has priority? Something that is not really thought about. I had a sourdough muffin filled with halloumi and avocado and some hash browns with a Korean mayo dip. Lush!! I sat around the back on the balcony which was quite cold but not too many people sitting. One thing I have found is that the tables always feel a little sticky, like they need a good wipe down. Other than that, a nice quirky place to visit!

Had breakfast with my wife and son. Slow service and staff disorganised. There were two customers complaining about their food when I was waiting for ours. When it arrived the hash browns were soggy and the breakfast box was lukewarm and not tasty. Used to love Leon in the old days, but quality and service just a shadow of what it used to be. Our last Leon. Sad times.

Very bad experience, seems like the fast food system has actually become too fast and is overlooking the quality! Had food poisoning from this place with badly cooked chicken!Also, chips are a joke! All floppy and warm, should be crispy and hot!I cannot believe the price being charged for a meal that lacks quality and taste!Regret my choice of restaurant and would never return again!Would not recommend to anyone!

They don't cook their chicken on site, they only prepare and heat up on site. That's why if you complain about the raw chicken, they cannot do anything about it.

Very clean and fast service. I had opted for the halloumi wrap and the staff were very courteous and helpful.I also got a NHS Discount.Later I ordered coffee and I am extremely fussy about my machiato.And I must say they didn't disappoint me! I was served in a small cup (as it should be) and had a bit of foam on top rather than pouring a gallon of milk which some baristas do!!Just right!
