McDonald's in Barnet

Harrassed by a worker.Upon my visit yesterday between 1-2pm i was stopped by a 5'2 worker who clearly had not yet been trained on the importance of respecting personal space. It was extremely uncomfortable for me as i fel vulnerable and taken advantage of. It would be appreciated if this was escalated.

Its Mc Donald's, can't expect much from them good thing is you know what your getting. Good place to go if you got time to kill, does get very busy around 13.00pm due to the college and school kids, however 3pm till 4pm is even worse a lot of chaos with these unruly school kids. 1 main thing i will say about all Mc Donald's is that they priorities online orders than a customer thats waiting to be served and that's not how it should work, find it very disrespectful but maybe thats why Mc Donald's atmosphere isn't as it use to be when I was growing up. Anywho the foods decent can't expect great or wonderful.

Went into this place for breakfast this morning just after 09:15. When collecting the food, the female cashier wasn't not paying attention to ensure the customer had all the items. No serviette, sugar or milk were offer. When asked for sugers, she angrily reply "WHAT". I know it is not a five star restaurant but there is no need to have no manners.

Many years since I've been to a McDonald's and now I remember why. Profoundly depressing environment and staff busily tidying up mess made by customers. Impressed by slick advance order system but that was it.

Hadn't been to McDonald's for a while, but I was sorely disappointed in my choice of chicken selects. I ordered three pieces with fries. As I bit one end the coating fell off, so I was left with a naked piece of chicken. The batter was also not crunchy enough and not enough flavour. The fries 🍟 were okay. It won't be my first choice when traversing the country

Absolute worst McDonald’s ever. I have whet been to. My last 4 experiences there were terrible. I have requested fresh fries or fresh nuggets only to be lied to then given old food anyway. One of those times they shorted me a nugget for asking for them fresh. Completely incompetent and rude. So tired of being treated poorly I decided to try again on DoorDash and Uber eats, but this McDonald’s has shut off special requests.. I wonder why. I was going to chance for a 5th time getting old cold and soggy food but when placing my order I checked on both apps and they don’t offer sweet and sour sauce.

To many uber eat type drives crowding round the collection point, staff more worried about sorting them than helping anyone else, and because they are so rushed politeness and manners have disappeared...its almost as if you dont excist if you are not a delivery driver.

Bought a mc chicken spicy meal and was given a mc chicken mayo sandwich meal.... I went with a photo of the receipt and the wrong burger and wouldn't refund me the burger or give me the one I ordered. The manager said I should present the burger in person. After explaining a 30 minute travel of where I was working. Poor customer service, DON'T EAT HERE.

Weird man in store. I tried to buy some skin cream, but they were out of stock. The people were looking at me weird, and saying, 'you're in the wrong store! 'I know it was the right place, but I shan't be coming back due to the rude answering machine telling me buy a ''mcnugget''??And donate to charity!!Don't they know I'm vegan? I found this hurtful and confusing.Thank you for letting me complain, if the skin cream ever comes back in stock lmk.

Ordered a hot chocolate. WORST ONE I'VE EVER HAD! It tasted like a cup of water with a teaspoon of cocoa powder in it. So watery & disgusting. Only gave 1 star because it was hot! Yes, that is how I received it. Only JUST over half filled, I honestly thought they'd spilt half of it or something. Awful.
