drivers stand outside with your food chatting hence the reason for cold food . the immigrant drivers are rude often and placing bags of orders on the floor,fights often outside making our local area unsafe!

The place wasn't that busy and there was plenty of seating. I ordered on the app and still waited ten minutes for my order.

The worst place you can order a food.rude staff specifically “MEGAN” she is on of the lady staff.some one need to tell her if not happy with her job so can leave.kitchen staff no uses gloves.The foods are always cold.bad Managment.most inexperienced staff even the managers.Unfortunately I just recommend use of their TOILETS as it’s so clean

Weird man in store. I tried to buy some skin cream, but they were out of stock. The people were looking at me weird, and saying, 'you're in the wrong store! 'I know it was the right place, but I shan't be coming back due to the rude answering machine telling me buy a ''mcnugget''??And donate to charity!!Don't they know I'm vegan? I found this hurtful and confusing.Thank you for letting me complain, if the skin cream ever comes back in stock lmk.

The 0pqce smells pretty bad, probably because they just mopped with dirty water. Toilets are closed at 21:19 while the place is open until 0:00. Only come here when you really need to..

Not the best McDonald's for service, you can wait for dood quite some time as the staff do forget and delivery services get priority. So don't get your hopes up when your hungry. But it is clean though so that's a plus

Ordered a hot chocolate. WORST ONE I'VE EVER HAD! It tasted like a cup of water with a teaspoon of cocoa powder in it. So watery & disgusting. Only gave 1 star because it was hot! Yes, that is how I received it. Only JUST over half filled, I honestly thought they'd spilt half of it or something. Awful.

I keep seeing cleaners use dirty water to mop the floor, it makes the place smell so bad. Orders are okay 60% of the time. But rest of the time there's always something wrong. Really nice people though

Drinks are always flat from this McDonalds sadly. Food not too bad but definitely not somewhere I'd go often.-I came back to edit my review from 3 stars to 1 as I had to mention how disgustingly rude staff are. Laughing about an elderly customer loud enough for me to hear is just unacceptable and unprofessional. One lady in particular needs to fix her attitude. She had a very "well what did they expect" attitude. Yes you work in a fast food place but in my opinion no matter your job if you're going to do it, do it properly. She couldn't care less about her job or the staff.

Awful experience. The sealing was leaking at McDonald's over all electric monitors and self service desks. All they done put some buckets under and that was it. I have ordered crispy chicken wrap, but were given grilled. Took 15 minutes to prepare my wrap, but it was busy.
