Metro Piazza in Barnet

I ordered an Italian salad costing about £10I got a large dish of lettuce leaves, four sections of cucumber, three tiny tomatoes and a very small portion of mozzarella. This place is very popular, very busy. We had altered our time from 1.30 to 2.00 and when we arrived we were told that no one had told them. My daughter in law and son both got incorrect meals. Waiters pleasant.

Fantastic starters such as the bruschetta and cheesy mushrooms. Mains are not particularly stunning but not bad either - big portions and filling! Creamy mains certainly have a lot of cream! Super staff - v. friendly and courteous - traditional Italians! Deserts are ok if a bit expensive.

Wow, just amazing. Been today for a first time to that amazing restaurant with my girls, one of my Portuguese friend Catarina invited us as she is very regular customer there, now I know why - great service, delicious food, if it's would be more than 5 stars 🌟 - I will definitely put it 10 stars for this place x

In a location that is so understated but the food and portion sizes were amazing. Great tasting food and very friendly staff! It is a pay to park location, however if you register your car at their front desk you can stay as long as your belly allows lol. Definitely recommend

Service was poor. Had a club sandwich which was decent. Waited was pretty sarcastic when my guest asked if they serve latte... "coffee with milk? Well yes haha"(funny look as if it was a crazy question..) just a bit unprofessional in there.

Excellent Italian restaurant. Nice ambience. Note that it is a restaurant where food takes time and not really a fit as a quick stop cafe. The mini golf place was shut, and will probably reopen from 19/10.

Great Italian Restaurant food was Excellent at reasonable prices. Friendly service with a smile and continental flair and a warm welcome. Ideal restaurent for families with young children lots of play area to. It’s work a visit.

So yesterday, my friend has introduced me to this restaurant.Amazing location, they were accommodating at such short notice.I am then thinking great place, location view and food equals to a great experience. Parking is free with registering the number plate once you get in.Well I was wrong as I felt majority of the times we actually had to ask for the service to be carried out.A few items that we asked were forgotten until we had to ask someone else.And to top it all of I noticed that to make the payment we had to go to the counter and still left to our devices (luckily I knew how to work with the paying machine).My friend felt quite embarrassed as one can imagine and so was I.Our main dish was completely forgotten, until mentioned to 2 other staff members.I understand the game was on and they could perhaps be short staffed, however I believe that it only takes good communication and excellent costumer service. It just did not seemed that this was applied to all customers.A few times I actually thought about just leaving, as we weren't made to feel welcome at all. I did not out of consideration for my friend to take my all the way there.The main was nice, but by then appetite was spoiled.

The food was so good. Ambience very comfortable and the service was very good and professional. The waiter keep coming back to ask if averything is ok and entertained the kids as well. Highly recommended if you love pizza plus a nice place to sit and enjoy.
