Ming Chinese in Barnet

Ordered a Special Chop Suey, I’m very disappointed . Just came with beansprouts, no carrots, no peppers…. And you have to pay £0.20 for mini chopsticks .

I have ordered from this Chinese several times and I am really happy with the quality and temperature of the food I've received. Especially in comparison to other local Chinese takeaways.

The chip is was raw and yellow Greece was falling off the chips disgusting 😡🤮

Don't know why there are such bad reviews, literally the best Chinese I've had since 1998! Special fried rice and black bean sauce is the winner for me. Definitely recommend AND the customer service was absolutely fine!

Ming are always my first choice for Chinese food. Deliveries are always fast 30/45 mins and food is piping hot. Food is tasty, good quality and great portion size. I never have any issues with the delivery drivers, they always find my flat first time and are polite. Ive tried many Chinese places over the years and many have come and gone and even charged double ££ but none have the consistent quality of Ming.

Very tough beef and lacking sauce, pancake springs rolls are definitely from Iceland, prawn toast was over cooked.Young girl was on her own behind the counter trying to serve walk in customers, take phone orders and deal with collections.My order took 15 minutes to complete due to the extensive phone orders interrupting my service.Food and service certainly isn’t worth the amount I paid.

I went into Mings take away Burnt Oak for a roast pork dish, I enquired how szechuan pork was made. Now the young lady who came out to serve me went over to the till as if she was going to place the order. I merely ask her what she was doing only for this lay to bite my head off. She was so rude, I was shocked. I proceed to inform her of her rude approach and let her know that she was speaking to a 52 year old. To top if off I came home with the order I was trying to avoid, she made me feel so uncomfortable and unsettled, very disappointed. Lucky for me my daughter ate the dishes . I won't be going back.

I always order take away so have no experience inside service etc.The food is delicious. For the last 7 years we order and never been disappointed.Missed a lot when was shut during lockdown, it’s when you realise what you’re loosing!Just awaiting one....

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. if you have a complaint your on your own. They do not care. They got my order wrong I complained two hours later no replacement. I had to call and g t them to replace it. When they did they doused my replacement in chili so I still couldn't eat it. Then they refused to rectify the issue. The food is ok. But if you have an issue your on your own. I'd suggest going to a different restaurant.
