Munchies in Barnet

So so so disappointed!! I’ve been here before and had the best experience! Tonight…. A totally different story! I ordered the deep fried brownies as they are my absolute fave…. However, tonight you couldn’t even break into them! It was more like a deep fried rock! The “brownie” was so hard you couldn’t eat it. Really sad about this as before they were lovely and soft. I even tried reheating them but nothing would save them 😞* in response to your response I don’t see how the heat could have caused brownies to turn to rock…. Unfortunately I live a long way away and made the journey especially. £6 worth of food thrown in the bin and £6 for a Oreo milkshake plus the journey I won’t be returning.

Amazing desserts! Not too sweet too just right! Such lovely staff they were honestly so accommodating to the kids and treated us so well! Keep up the good work guys we’ll be back, a hidden gem! xx

One of the best Desserts place in town. They have wide range of options to choose from including hot drinks and few options for some quick bites savoury dishes as well.TOP OF ANYTHING ELSE TEAM IS SO LOVELY, AND GREAT ON SERVICE.They have huge sitting arrangements at rear garden. It's covered sitting with heaters so perfect for all seasons.I must recommend this Dessert place to visit.

The staff is really nice and friendly. The milkshakes are really good and filling. They also serve waffles and crepes 😍We will definitely come back to try something else.They also have a nice sitting area at the back.

The best milkshake I ever had! Order bueno magic and deep fried oreo's. Milkshake was amazing. Taste soo good. And oreo's was very surprising. Never had deep fried oreo's and I loved them. This place definitely is worth visiting!Update: after so many time we visit munchies we can say this is the best dessert shop at north london ! We love all the shakes, amazing tasting waffles. We cant get it enoght! Love this place! The customer service is like not another! So friendly and welcoming. So many business should learn from these place. ❤❤❤

Munchies is a nice quaint place, went yesterday evening after Iftar as craving something sweet! Customer service was on point! They even gave an additional complimentary dessert to my friend as it was her birthday. Such friendly people!There is seating area in back, spent a good few hours there as they’re open till late.If you’re lucky you might even see the Munchies Mascot, a beautiful dog that looks like a bear and well behaved 🐻 ☺️ ❤️I wish I took pictures of our desserts! 😋Definitely would go back again!

One of the best places in London when you are in the mood for sweets! The portions are very big and everything in their menu is very tasty. They have very good prices as well. My favourite are the crepes, but you should try the whole menu! I highly recommend it

I love my shakes!!! Excellent service, as always and the staff is lovely, very kind and friendly!! I look forward to ordering again from Munchies!! I would highly recommend them!!!

Went there last night (26/01/2022) and received an amazing service from very friendly owners and even more amazing were the two milkshakes - bueno magic & red velvet 😋. Whilst waiting we got taster pots of ice cream and churros to try. I’ve no hesitation in recommending this little business. Go try it and taste it for yourself!

In my opinion, in comparison to creams and gooey waffles, this is the best waffle and millshake place I've been to. The times I've been to Munchies, they have not disappoint and satisfies my craving for desserts. Do not underestimate the waffles/toppings, they are very filling. Besides desserts, they also offer savoury snacks and hot drinks.They have an outdoor under a canopy with heaters, seating at the back, which is a great environment to catch up with friends and family.All the staff there are very friendly and if you're lucky, you may meet their Chow Chow dog.
