Nando's - Enfield Retail Park in Barnet

Went on a Thursday afternoon and it was filled to brim 20-40 min wait. We decided to take away which took 35 minutes. A lovely location, spacious and clean. However, service seems slow, there were a few empty tables that were waiting to be cleaned.

Very quick service, and was greeted very warmly on entry which was a nice touch. I'm a nandos regular so got my usual order no surprises there. Will be back, and back, and back and back again.. and that's just this week.

The usual great service and great food. Getting expensive though, like every other restaurant. Get the loyalty card, worth it. I am getting a whole chicken for free on my next visit 🙂

Not been in there myself I was... although I here it's very good. It's always full when I'm nearby shopping. They must be doing something right!You won't have to worry about parking. From well over 100 car parking spaces.If you want Chicken, there it is. Why not? ... That's got me thinking about Lemon Periperi now,...Yum!

I know that Nandos is Nandos, but with my very receptive taste buds, (I am a trained chef) I was pleasantly surprised with the quality and freshness of the chicken and all other ordered ingredients. I struggled to find fault. (for a change), so settled on moaning about the coffee much to my friends amusement. 😊 But yes. Clean, quality food and service, and of course very reasonably priced. Relaxed atmosphere. Worth the visit, I shall certainly visit again.

Natalie, who works behind the till, is the rudest, most morose person I’ve ever seen in hospitality.Vile would be the best way to describe her. Made us feel miserable before we’d even sat down. When she made her second mistake on ordering our simple meal, I realised that there were already 2 other people complaining about her…. Stood right next me.Words literally can’t describe how amazed I am that she is in employment.Everything else was good, but the manager refused to apologise to all 3 of us about her attitude, wouldn't mind… but she was old enough to know better.Cheer up.

GREAT JOB BY THE NANDO'S TEAM in ENFIELD RETAIL PARK. The customer service was fast and excellent. Due to the current guidance and restrictions the orders were only 'take away'. However maybe call in advance about seating and take away guidelines as this was the week leading up to Christmas Day. As per usual the Nando's team were very friendly and polite. The wait time was relatively short- about 10 to 15 minutes approximately. Food was delicious as usual. Also the food portions were quite generous. In fact the spicy rice was about the same amount as usual. All food came in packaging that retained the heat well. Usually seated dining is a very nice experience of Nando's. Especially as the team in Enfield Retail Park are always very professional. However takeaway was an excellent option considering the restrictions. Let's hope for more certainty in 2022.

It's not the first time but every time I get a takeaway...there's a item missing..it's obvious the check system they have in place isn't working or the staff are not trained properly..its so frustrating!Update....went again today 8th Nov .got home and everything was here but look at pic of corn on cob...rotten...terrible for a chain.Any chance of health and safety report

Food is nice I just feel it's a little on the pricey side the service was really good

It was a lovely evening with friends. We did not have to wait long to be seated. Food came quick and it was so delicious. The staff were very courteous and friendly.
