Oriental Masterchef in Barnet

If I could give it less then a 0 I would.The BBQ spare ribs swim in this slimey sauce that makes you feel sick looking at it let alone eating it.On one of the orders of over £50 they missed out the shredded Chile chicken and when I called and explained that item had been missed they were unprofessional and was told the chef definitely put it in the order. The attitude was childish and I was being made to feel like I was trying it on to get a free portion out of them.Eventually they agreed to credit me but after the way they conducted themselves with poor attitude & quality of food I have taken my business elsewhere so you can keep the portion of food but you have lost a regular customer.

Absolutely awful chicken curry! Couldn’t even cut through it properly very chewy, I would actually question it if it was actually chicken most likely not! Ordered coke with our meal the coke didn’t come either. Disappointed would not order again, complained to the the lady over the phone she said they are closing in 2 minutes and there is nothing they can do about this. Would absolutely avoid especially as I’m 7 months pregnant it’s a health hazard to eat from here, me and my partner won’t be buying again!!!

I have been buying my takeaways from the shop at Woodhouse Road and have no issues with my order, taste or the people serving me, and for over 10 years. No photos as you would have seen most on the internet.

Not your usual Chinese Take away, obviously Our mistake for not understanding oriental master chef is non standard specialist rodent andbug type of menu.If that's your thing these are your peopleKnock yourselves out .

I did a price comparison with other Chinese deliveries in the area and found this to be the most reasonable and thought I would check it out considering I've tried others. I must say that I was very pleasantly surprised. The food was hot and very tasty! Especially the crispy chilli beef which is usually quite dry. The sauce was sooo tasty. This will definitely be my go to in the future!

This restaurant is my number one restaurant. Of all restaurants I know I love it most. I never miss an opportunity to go to this restaurant. everytime I want to go to a delicious lunchon, this is the place that comes straightaway to my mind. extremely good and all kinds of food and a rich cuisine.generous staff, and nice ambience. Also, the bill is decent. I tell about this place with no doubt.

If you’re going to a Canto place you’ve got to stick to the classics: chow mein, sweet and sour pork, wontons etc. This is not the place to try Thai food or curry. So based on that, Oriental Master Chef is great. Chow mein are up there with the best, even the dim sum are solid. Big portions and affordable. I’ve become a regular.

I ordered veg noodles and hong kong style chicken sweet and sour.I am actually pleased and the price, I am happy with my take out and so much that I couldn't finish it, I put it on a plate due to much noodles.its worth it if you want local Chinese.

Stayed at an old school friends last weekend and we ordered from here - a first time for me! Chicken fried rice was okay, lacking in colour. I was really impressed with the squid starter and the lamb in black bean sauce had a lovely amount of flavoursome sauce, not too watery, nice and thick. The crispy seaweed was a good potion too! Overall food was not as greasy as some places and one of the better Chinese Ive had for a long time! Only downsides 1. Maybe a bit too much MSG used ? 2. The Uber eats order took a very long time to cook and deliver and for these reasons alone, 4 star.

Surprised by the bad reviews. I think this is our new Chinese takeout now, happy with it!I’ve never seen Xiaolongbao in delivery before but they were tasty and did surprisingly well considering delivery.Everything else was nice too.
