Pizza Go Go in Barnet

Great service, always our first choice for pizza! Prices for collection are very good vs delivery prices. It's a very small area inside the shop though, probably fits 2/3 people before it feels very cramped, and watch your step when you go in!

Took an hour and ten minutes to get my order and it wasn't even what i ordered lol won't bother next time. Avoid at all costs!

I was told my order will arrive in 45 mins.After an hour I rang.The guy who answered thought it was funny with me complaining.Told me his driver had just turned up.No phone call to let me know.Told it will be there in 15 mins.i told if it doesn't arrive I am knocking 50%off the bill.He told me I sending you a can of drink.It arrived 35 mins later.After I paid half the bill the pizza was cold and the garlic bread had cheese on it which I didn't ask for also cold.They had the cheek to send the driver back to me asking for more money. This is the 2nd time this has happened...but it won't be the 3rd time.

Worst service ever! Ordered deep pan pizza and was given pizza the thickness of a piece of paper. When I called they were rude and claimed it was their deep pan! And they hadn’t made any thin pan pizzas that day!

Worst place ever never got my order and never got my money back and extremely bad customer service. Wouldn’t give me a refund or my food, didn’t want to listen to me even and was extremely rudeI’m still hungry till this day

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the store itself was very clean and seemed rather popular. After eating the food I could tell why this store was very busy. The food was cooked to perfection and was very tasty and moreish. Would eat here again next time I'm in the area for work

Terrible customer service. Waited 2hours for a pizza, after 1 hour we rang and the manager kept ending the call on us, shouting and being rude. DO NOT ORDER FOOD FROM HERE!!!!

I bought a pizza from this place, i was told it would be 12.50 but the driver came and asked me for £18. when i called the shop back, they said it was supposed to be £18. also i asked for a deep pan pizza but they sent me a thin crust. when i tried to explain this to the manager, he was rude and unhelpful. AVOID THIS PLACE!!!

On my family trip in London I just found this place by chance very late in the evening past midnight.The crew was very friendly and they advise me 2 pizza's and they take the time to explain me the receipts.And all my family really enjoy the both pizza, specially the stuffed crust pizza.I recommend it !Thanks

Customer service is poor here. My god. Do not make a mistake with your order or they will never forgive you. My experience was different. My niece ordered 2 15inch pizza as a take out and I dropped her there to pick it up. He then gives her 2 12inches and says sorry this is what you've ordered. We then say sorry as a customer this is not what we want. He then yells and says no I clearly told you 8 slices or 12 slices. I was like excuse me what sort of service is this. Deceiving your customers for a bit of extra cash instead of just being plain honest with them. Then he shouts at us and tells us sorry he won't be doing anything about it and we left disappointed. Plain rude.
