Good pizzas excellent on time delivery

Avoid. Pizza took forever to arrive. Called the restaurant, said it’s “on the way”. 15 minutes later the pizza arrived, box was steamed, falling apart, pizza was in the box for so long that it was totally steamed. No crispiness at all on the crusts, all falling apart.Tried to call the restaurant to resolve the issue. Person was extremely rude and aggressive.I was a long time customer, I will no longer be a customer.

Pizza Hut can usually be a hit or a miss, this time it's a definite hit!Very tasty Deep Pan Pepperoni Pizza, with multiple layers of Pepperoni, cooked perfectly with a crisp finish. The Cheesy Garlic Bread & Cookie Dough + Icecream was also delicious.Customer service was pleasent.5* Would recommend on overall experience 👍🏼

Horrible experience. Pizza was thin and crispy. Horrible taste. And the staff made no effort to resolve the issue at all. And tried to blame me for the pizza being like that - saying I didn't ask for "deep fry". Aside from that the staff are usually quite nice.

Before I left the UK he gave me the name of a pizzeria in New Barnet that I had to try, because, Giovanni informed me it sold the best pizza in New Barnet. I found this a wildly exciting prospect, given that the best pizza in the UK is from New Barnet, and the best pizza in the world is from the UK, which means that this pizzeria must offer…I’m almost too superstitious to say it…the best pizza in the world? Giovanni passed along the name of the place with such seriousness and intensity, I almost felt I was being inducted into a secret society. He pressed the address into the palm of my hand and said, in gravest confidence, “Please go to this pizzeria. Order the margherita pizza with double mozzarella

You guys really need to learn how to make a pizza. Tastes really bad compared to dominos. Ordered by mistake today as when i typed order dominos at google for some reason pizzahut came I didn’t realise and ordered.. biggest mistake never again. Please for once taste your pizzas yourself, then order from dominos and taste that. You will see what i mean.

I'm a muslim hence can't eat pork as i have removed the pork from the ingredients and paid £22 in cash for one pizza. they have sent me this pizza with the pork meat, and when we called Imran who tells he is the manager just kept shouted and insulted us shamelessly. he is a racist horrible person, ruined our dinner, we got insulted and shouted and left without a dinner. we will take him to the court with his mafia attitude.

Requested no ham on my pizza they sent me a pizza with ham then refused a refund but offered to add a pizza to my account. Called to claim that pizza and Imran the manager was so rude and refused. That man has zero customer service skills and is meant to be in charge. Order from them if you want your pizza seasoned with spit!

I wrote a really nice review 2 years back. 5 stars, but since then I've felt this place deserves a lot less.I'm a regular customer and have been since I moved down to Barnet since I love my Pizza. However, the past several months I been ordering the customer service is so bad.I live in a house share and need the delivery guy to ring so I can come down to collect. They never do!. I ring in and tell them beforehand as well and everytime the person who answers the telephone call is so aggressive and sarcastic. I literally call in with a nice calm voice as well.Not to mention. My orders are generally on time and nicely presented but I'm getting worried of the hygiene of the food being served to me. As they don't seem overly happy with what they do and that comes across as concerning.2 stars for food and delivery speed. Lacking customer service.- Steve

Ordered 2 Large Pizzas and Macaroni Cheese Bites today and they completely forgot my order. After an HOUR of waiting I called them up and they said they'd deliver my food. When it came both pizzas were basically burnt and all the food was borderline cold. Sad to say I won't be ordering from here again.
