Peter, Pavel and the rest of the team are the best in the business. So welcoming to my and my family but also highly efficient and the food quality is second to none. No other Italian restaurant comes close. Absolutely brilliant and highly recommended!

Food was great and service was good. I did feel that they were a bit toooo ott with seeing if everything was OK to the point it was annoying.. but that said it was still a nice night out.

Unfortunately this was not a good experience.I have not been for a couple of years but I surely remember it better.The main courses were all very poor. Drowning in cream the pasta did not stand a chance. All three dishes were disappointing. For starters we ordered garlic bread, which was a garlic pizza and a salad with half Burrata cheese, totally unseasoned and bland. The chocolate tart was stale...The staff was polite and friendly but clearly comprised of not professionals. This place needs upgrading and serious kitchen training!

Ordered a delivery from Prezzo. I hate leaving negative reviews especially post COVID lockdown but the poor quality of the food left me no choice today. I ordered penne arrabiatta and a garlic pizza a starter. The pasta was so bland with no flavour at all. So poor. The garlic bread was probably the worst garlic bread I have ever eaten. Dry and full of flour. No taste and again very bland. Such a waste of money. Their other dishes might be good but as a warning don’t order the garlic bread or the penne arrabiatta

Absolutely loved our experience here!From the warm welcome to the friendly goodbye, the service here was fantastic. We visited on 13/08/21 and when we arrived it was quite busy. This did not affect the service at all.Food was delicious, hot and good portion sizes. The restaurant was very clean when we visited and tables were cleaned in between customers.We had a redletterday voucher and we were treated so well and very pleased with the value!Lovely atmosphere and ambiance, will gladly return.Honestly so impressed with how attentive, friendly and helpful the staff are here, thank you very much!

We had a really lovely group birthday dinner here. The reason for the high rating was the extremely friendly and accommodating staff and service. They looked after our group and a wide range of dietary requirements, took photos and brought us everything promptly. Staff of note were Inga our main waitress and the manager, Ismail who went out of their way to look after us and waited patiently until after closing to take photos of our group.The food was lovely, tastes better than it looked, nice solid flavours, light pizza bases, good pasta and my chicken was lovely. We were not hurried, the food was good, some could have had more flavour or spice, easily remedied with chili, which the staff offered and brought.Good local option right next to the tube station and with parking outside restaurant.

Looks like someone’s already tucked in to this. A prawn pasta dish with 3 prawns, filthy box and only half full. Told to approach headoffice for a refund if I don’t go back to the restaurant today. Appalling service. Too often this restaurant gets orders wrong. Would avoid this place. Can see why they’re shutting down stores. At least there are plenty of other good quality restaurants in the area.

The restaurant accepts Gourmet Society Card. I have had many lunches at this joint. Good cosy location; good for quality pizza and pasta. The staff are welcoming and friendly.
