Sea Life in Barnet

Just had cod and chips delivered this evening.The food was so delicious.It was freshly cooked and piping hot.We are regularly customers, but this time it was superb.

Chips were delicious, everything else was pretty standard. Portions of chips aren't very generous. Would definitely still use based on the chips alone.

Love there fish and chips usually order delivery..but whent there as was passing....they do not take cash....lucky for me they had a cashpoint on corner shop...however there was a charge for this service..Not a lot....but fir future food...I will order on line...or make sure I have cash on me

Went there today just to eat a lil something, went for the curry and chips and it was the worse ive ever encountered. Warming up curry in a microwave to still taste like polystyrene. Chips were half decent. For a small box it cost me £2.10??? Had to chuck away the remainder of chips as it was filthy.Wish i could get refunded

Just had a so called “large” portion of chips and it was pathetic. I live no more than a 3 minute walk from the chip shop and they were already luke warm by the time I got home, plus the portion was minuscule! I also got told that the chips weren’t mine as i took them from the counter. One “large” portion of chips isn’t exactly a difficult order and they seemed to struggle with just that.

I received two out of date pasties in packaging that had been slightly teared open. These are frozen pasties that have been cooked in their plastic packaging, out of data and potentially contaminated because the packaging of the actual pasties has been opened slightly in places

Easy to park and a good reliable take away, really clean good choice lovely fish very friendly staff. Theyve been here a few years now and since it changed hands the fish improved and is clearly fresh now. You can order by phone and they also deliver. We have dined on doners and shish - very pleasant and the fish and chips are good. Its our local so its conveniently placed. There are some tables and chairs and a tv screen if thats your desire but have never seen anyone eat in.

Used Sea Life a number of times in the last seven years was happy with the food,about four weeks ago placed an order for delivery,fish and chips and bottle of coke came to £11-40 the fish was half the size of what it used to be and the chips the size has been reduced not enough for two people,wont be going back there.

Ordered through just eat last night around 9pm they accepted the order and took the money then called to say they didn’t have any of my selection of kebab meat. I then asked if they could cancel the order because of stock availability he refused and said I HAD to ring just eat and “do it myself” I had asked for his name he refused again then finally got to speak to the manager where he said he will cancel my order.This is the 3rd time they have not had much of a selection of meat in the last month.Are they closing down? Seems to be that way.Very bad service all in all won’t use again.
