Food was great don't get me wrong. But the mobile app that they are using is horrible. We were asked to order thru their app and using ONLY their wifi but we couldn't able to connect as the place was packed at that time and obviously all of those people are connected to their network so we couldn't connect. It's better if they let you use your own mobile data to order thru their app. We waited 30 mins trying to connect to their network before they offered us to write our orders on a paper. We were so excited to eat at that time but was left disappointed because of what happened.

I don’t normally leave reviews, but today I was appalled by the customer service, we were made to feel uncomfortable for ordering too much food and told off even though we got ALL YOU CAN EAT!! It felt like a was kid back in school getting told off again. It was more upsetting because of the effort we made to travel to the place and to be so disappointed and honestly not worth the £55 we paid for salty food, that was super oily and to be made to feel uncomfortable on purpose by the staff. They need to learn some manners, disgusting.

Worst experience ever ! Worst costumer service ! We went yesterday. The moment we were sitting they told us order and eat quickly cause the kitchen will close now while we had one hour left . We wanted the bottom less menu and they didn’t want to give it to us . Anyway we ordered some things and had no time to eat cause they were watching us in a very rude way and made us feel uncomfortable. We couldn’t even eat. It was so much sushi left so I asked for plastic containers so I could take it with me . Guess what?!! The charge 1£ every small plastic container while it should be free !!! Rediculous costumer service, everything was bad aff . No one should spend their money there . They deserve nothing ! Disgusting people .

We visited Sushimania Golders Green today, where I was forced to pay a service charge. I refused and refused but Wendy and her colleague did not let go. It was either I pay or walk out without paying the whole bill, which would have made me to look like I was breaking the law.It was my partner, my daughter and myself. We were 2.5people as my child is classed as half price.. My partner and child were witnesses to the conversation.The bill states “discretionary” and it wasn’t discretionary at all, but forcefully made to pay. When I mentioned the Whetstone, Finchley Sushimania didn’t charge the service charge Wendy rudely said “then go to the place where they don’t charge you a service charge” and she was ready for a fight. This is the first time any restaurant had charged a service charge for 2.5people. Don’t get me wrong I would have left a tip, but I don’t like anyone making up laws which do not exist. Secondly, I was focusing on the service charge I didn’t realise they had overcharged me for 2 extra drinks as well. I just noticed this as I was taking the below photograph. My husband ordered a green tea and my daughter a lemonade and I didn’t have anything as the coke I wanted they did not have. But we have been charged for two extra green teas as my daughter wanted a small tea cup to put her lemonade and I to check out the tea. Very dodgy staff. Absolute disgrace. I just called to get a credit for my overcharged drinks and the call wasnt picked up either. Surely they will but in all honesty if you had 3 pots of tea and a lemonade between 2.5people you wouldn’t be able to eat anything in the buffet.Now they would make excuses or say they charge for extra tea cups or something ridiculous. If they check their CCTV they would know what the truth is. But I guess you need honesty to own up. Be warned. If you go, check your bill before you pay. Shame on you Sushimania Golders Green..

The food was excellent, the service was really fast which is great. However, the décor needs to be vastly improved both from the inside and from the outside. The exterior is outdated, the lights didn't work, the restaurant looked like it was shut and closed. Understanding that it costs money to renovate, I feel it is really needed.

what can be better than paying almost £20 and have as mush as you want sushi and warm Japaneese food and salads. The quality is acceptable and good. Everything is fresh due to the nature of their business. However some sushi role has large rice part but other than that everything else is amazing.

The food was mostly nice and seemed fresh. Opted for the bottomless option with a group of friends (if bottomless option is chosen, everyone on the table will have to pay for the bottomless even if you just wanted a single bowl of ramen…)To order we have to connect to their wifi and download the shushimania app (it doesn’t work with mobile data), on the day we went they were having problems with the wifi so ordering was really hard and eventually the waitress had to come take our order…The restaurant is okay, although it’s a bit small and could do with a refurb.

Honestly love this place, so easy to order, great food and great prices. My husband and I go there at least once a month. Not long ago we took a couple of friends with us, who aren’t big fans of sushi but they loved it so much they go there all the time now too. Couldn’t recommend enough!!!
