Great fish excellent menu, food well cooked service with a smile

Excellent quality fish n chips run by a friendly family business in Edgware. The large haddock is huge, overhanging the dinner plate, always fresh, nicely cooked and the batter perfectly crispy. The chips are perfect, crispy on the outside and fluffy in the inside. They even offer a peri peri version now with a sprinkling of spice to give it a nice kick. Goujons of fish are also nicely cooked. Halal and Kosher friendly so very popular with the locals!

We have been using this Fish and Chip shop for almost two years and we have never been disappointed. Food is always amazing and tasty. Thank you for being superb.

Fish has been good and bad(oily to the core) many times. We mostly did takeaway. Low on salt. Chips are good mostly. Packing for takeaway and serving at the restaurant is okay. Hygiene is good, never had a disturbed digestive track after eating. Pricing is comparatively low, more affordable for takeaway.

We have tried several fish and chip takeaways locally. Some are very good and none are bad. However, our favourite is The Green Man and now we have tried it we have no plans on going to any other! Fantastic food(we love haddock cooked in batter) and chips. Great value and service.

The fish and chips are ALWAYS made fresh thus the usual wait for 15-20 minutes. The place is always sparkling clean and the service is excellent. The price is very fair as well all things considered. I have been visiting them for at least the last 4-5 years.
