Had the chicken wings where nice with loaded chips could have been better

Fair enough JD W, but only 2 plug sockets. Has this brand now discouraged WFH workers when most need a pub with deals? Surely not....

Excellent customer service, clean pub and great affordable food. I was served by Morgan (I believe that's her name, from my receipt) on 18th Sept, whilst waiting for my car to be serviced at nearby Toyota. Cheerful, attentive, competent (my table number was missing but she knew it right away!), all in all a fab service and good value food!

Looked for a local pub to have some breakie, so decided to check out ones in the local area while i had my car serviced. Moon Under Water in Edgware Rd was nearest and had good food reviews so headed over there. Ordered a all day brunch. Was not impressed at all! The food was over cooked, stingy portions, tea spoon of beans. And i needed to order some toast which cost an extra £1.70, shocking! Nice clean spacious pub, but food was terrible. Not a nice experience.

The worst service I have ever experienced.Ordered on app, all went through apart from payment which we were not notified didn't go through (said we had ordered successfully)Waited 15 minutes, no order so enquired. Was told that staff had spilled fat on the kitchen floor so kitchen would be closed for 15 minutes. Said that was fine and ordered food and drinks assuming food would come out later. 1 hour passes and we ask where our food was, was told they didn't order it although no one said they couldn't take tge order and money for it. Useless, no apologies, no attempt to rectify and was given looks that could kill. We would have spent a much needed amount of money there and next day on food and drinks but went elsewhere

I went here to get some wine since I ran out of it at the church after the service and the staff was wonderful and friendly. Thank you, AJ. God Bless🙏🙏

Staying at the Premier Inn 2 mins away, this place has been a lifesaver for us. Cheap good food and cheap brilliant beer. Staff are friendly and nice. Great atmosphere when busy.No outside seating but hey ho.. Propper pub feel. Lads here every night for 5 weeks in a row and no issues, every meal has been bang on! Beers bang on. Meet some nice people here aswell.

Haven't been here for a while so I revisited with my sister. It still has a nice atmosphere. Friendly faces at the bar, quick service. Clean cutlery and glasses.😊 The toilets have also been refurbished since I was there last and they look wonderful! It was packed, so we sat at the back in the restaurant area and decided to have a meal. I had the vegetarian lasagne which was delicious, nice size portion and side chips with a bit of salad was quite filling, my sister liked the low alcohol beer...brewdog. Unfortunately she wasnt happy with her steak. It was supposed to be "well-done" but even though she sent it back to be cooked further, it returned 10 minutes later in the same state, very pink in the middle 😖. She did receive a free drink from the manager (I think he was the manager?) as consolation, which was nice of the him... I hope he also had stern words with the chef!We will probably return; its still a great place, but I dont think I will recommend the steak if you want it well-done.
