The Three Hammers in Barnet

Last minute stop of for a bite to eat. Food was lovely and the pub quiet. I had the hunters chicken and loved it all..

I have celebrated several friends party's at The Three Hammers, either with a live band or DJ's disco theme music night and dance, food, drinks and has always been fun times. Excellent and helpful stuff. There must be a good reason why some of my friends keep having their party's there, must be great value.

Excellent. Despite many items on the menu not available as is tge case with many pubs post covid, the staff were very helpful. Hence the 5 stars. A credit to the pub.

Burger was lovely! Staff were so amazing! Great chilled atmosphere! Can't wait to go back!

Waitress was so rude, had no people skills, food took ages to come out and once it did my sons food still had ice which tells me it was microwaved and not even that was done right. Then when complained to the waitress she asked if it could just be reheated. Later on as she tidied plates she decided to inform us that they are just a pub not a restaurant although they seem to have a very big menu. Not happy at all.

Very old and needs updating. Food very bland. Served by young staff ok and polite but don't have experience in dealing with people . Was catch up after so long during covid with best friend. Wouldn't go back. Not value for money either

The value with the offer was good however I have had better quality food in here previously. This though will not stop me eating there again as I know sometimes it always hit or miss.

Discovered this pub today on our afternoon walk. What a lovely surprise, the young man serving today was so polite, helpful and charming. Would highly recommend this warm inviting pub to anyone, but please only bring your well behaved dogs. We experienced the most noisiest of barking dogs on our visit today, it was barking at everything, humans, other dogs, any movement - omg! Very annoying and disruptive to our quiet lunch. We had to move tables but thank god it didn't stay too long. Really wonderful pub. So cozy.

My first choice of chicken and leek pie was not available. My second choice of “Chicken bacon and avocado salad with honey mustard dressing”, actually had no avocado and no salad dressing. Didnt tell us when ordering it and no reduction in price. Toilets still a mess - no locks or paper in quite a few of them.I don’t blame the staff. They do their best. I blame the management. Stock levels are always really poor. It always feels like a shame for such a lovely spacious but cosy pub to be so mismanaged.It’s a good location if you just want a drink, but I wouldn’t bother with food.

First time visit. The food was fantastic and the service was excellent. I highly recommend The Three Hammers. The garden is dog friendly, plenty of space both in and outside and lovely staff. Looking forward already to my next visit! The Three Hammers is my new local 🙌🏻
