A culture rip off, to be completely frank.Staff was friendly enough though.The menu looks promising but unfortunately they do not deliver in flavour. The bao buns are actually Chinese buns. The Korean fried chicken was just slightly over fried chicken in sri racha hot sauce (no taste of sesame seeds, even though it was covered in seeds).The Rengdang curry was the most flavoursome (4/5) but the Szechuan was a massive tasteless disappointment - they should called is soy sauce chicken instead.It might be better for drinks, but I won't return for dinner.

Do not order takeaway and add notes. They are never addressed!! Just ordered for the 1st time in a year hoping for a better service. Unfortunately a fail - again.

terrible service, two of our meals the waiter didn’t even order, when the food finally came, it was the wrong food, it was also clearly taken from freezer and heated up, not fresh at all, and had no taste. Used to be a good restaurant, what’s happened?

Lovely food, and we were also served by Nicole which was 11/10 service will defo be back. Went back on the £4 cocktail night and was served by alex! He's great too and the whole evening was bomb

Had a really enjoyable even here staff were very helpful and knowledgeable about the food choices food was fantastic. My only negative would be it was a little expensive

Just came back from Tootoomoo. Food was delicious as always and staff very tentative so no complaints there. However at 9.30 they asked us to leave as they are closing earlier than usual tonight, rather than 11pm as stated on their Google page. Ten minutes later the music stopped and they came to collect the payment of £182.00. We had a good time which was spoiled by an abrupt end to the night. They decided to close early because we were the last customers in the restaurant and this ruined our evening. I will not be returning.

Been wanted to try this place put for a while, pleased I did. It was pretty quiet the day I went so service was super quick. The Thai green curry was fantastic, probably one of the nicest I have had and the mochi for dessert was great. Staff was helpful and good value for money overall

I have no idea why this place has 4.1 stars. The food was awful. I mean awful the worst food I have tasted, it was absolutely bland with no seasoning. Chicken was dry/flavourless and the portion sizes were small. Prices did not reflect quality of food, definitely AVOID.

Went earlier today, disappointing to say the least. The mains were very bland and pretty much flavourless. In particular, the soup broth. Tasted like dishwater seasoned with a bit of salt and pepper.On the other hand, the dim sum was great. Good flavours, lovely soft texture and the spicy veg had a nice kick to it.The service was ok, though the second lady who served us was absolutely lovely.
