Vero Caffe in Barnet

The worst customer service possible that you can imagine. The tall gentleman or waiter Needs to learn how to treat customers. Ihe bullied me just because I told him that there was soya in coconut milk but I did not know that. I’m allergic to Soya. Thus waiter who claimed to be the manager, which for the sake of community they serve i hope its not true, told me that I needed to tell them before which I understand but I wasn’t trying to get my money back I was trying to get the right kind of coffee. He’s very temperamental and very angry. I don’t understand how he thinks it’s okay to teeat people like that. Awful awful awful… only go here if u want to have your day stained..

Very nice breakfast, incredibly nice and polite owner who took the time to have a chat with us. Would go again and highly recommend.

Vero Caffè is a cool secluded place with excellent staff approach and service. I love my morning latte and my sausage sandwich any time I visit. 👌

I used to love this place, but recently each time I visit the waitresses are too busy. I ordered two egg royal and the eggs were fully boiled and solid inside. I attempted to tell the waitress, but she looked at me in disgust and proceeded to bite my head off telling me that is how poached egg is made here 🤬.Also got over charged but didn't realise until after. Not going back to spend over £50 a week on breakfast, however locals have no choice so they will keep making money on full English and basic latte coffee.

Cafeteria allergic and discriminatory to babies!Very rude manager who literally asked us to leave and put the bill on our table because we had two toddlers and I quote him word by word "you are KILLING me two tables with the buggies"The cafeteria was half empty and there was no justification to his appalling behaviours.Parents you have been warned!

A popular local cafe. Nice selection on the menu and decent portion sizes. Staff all super helpful, chatty and service with a smile.

Not family friendly at all. The manager should brush up on the Equality Act before discriminating breastfeeding mothers and babies. Avoid!

Customer service is so important for and the staff was on point. Enjoy my lunch date food and beverage.

Lovely place with great dishes, service and atmosphere

This cafe we found hidden whilst we were on a drive, the cafe seems to be family ran but each and every person that worked there was so nice and lovely! The price point for each of the items on the menus seem super cheap and the portion's that you get are huge, there are a combination of things that keeps this cafe fully packed at most times! It has definitely become a perfect brunch spot for us, parking is a little hard on initial thought but after we roamed a little we found that there are plenty of on road spots about two minutes walk away!The food is enough to share for two, but you must definitely try this place for yourself!
