This wagamama branch is nice the food taste better I had all the vegan dishes

Friendly kind pretty staff. Quick service an delicious food. Atmosphere pleasant.

I had an issue with the amount of time it took for my food to come, by the time it came the person opposite me had finished there food half an hour ago. I know this can happen as it was busy. I would have been upset by this however the lady serving me (sorry I did not get your name) spoke to the manager for me. She apologised and rectified the issue quickly. 5 star service.

Had the seafood yakisoba and the Korean beef buns. We did find a hair underneath one of them, but they were really apologetic and replaced it with 3 buns rather than the standard two. Apart from that incident, we had a really nice dinner. The servers were fantastic

First class service from the manager Dimitri. We had some issues with service and attitudes of some staff. However the manager was more than happy to hear our feedback. He was very understanding and helped make our experience better.Thank you Dimitri.

My family and I just had dinner at Wagamama's and the food was delicious as always. We dined at the North Finchley Leisure Park branch and our waitress was Szilvia - she gave us excellent customer service as she made sure to check whether we were happy with our food and was very attentive when we needed something. Szilvia was very friendly and made our dining experience fantastic!

Love this place, they have great ramen and the best katsu! The noodles aswel are good. Service is always on point . No complaints. My photos are taken from different occasions.

Went to eat Wagamama's yesterday 2nd October for a meal before a film. Waited outside in the rain which we weren't too bothered about as we were just excited to eat!Now I have been to this branch a couple of times as well as other branches around London so know what to expect.We ordered all our food apart from our mains as the waiter said he would have to ask his manager if they could swap out the noodles for plain rice as we had asked. Now this isn't the first time we have done it and they have always complied as we were having salmon teriyaki. But this time the chef decided this was not possible as they "were busy". I'm sorry! I am a paying customer and I just wanted the swap out! I know the noodles are not cooked with the noodles so why would it be an issue? Yet the chef was deciding what we could and couldn't eat!We did end up grudgingly ordering something else but we were not happy at all about this and hope that management will cater for what the customers want! It's not like I went in asking for a pizza from across the road! Maybe management want to realise this and not push customers to eat what they want rather than what I want!To top it off, the paper straws fell apart in our drinks so couldn't even drink it properly!

Ohh My! Memories relived. I visited Wagamama after 10years, to be honest it was nostalgic and to my surprise the food still tastes the same. Yummy and delicious. An amazing food joint with warm and welcoming staff. I must admit it was windy and stormy and was wondering whether we would get a place or not as there were too many people before us in the queue. We just got lucky and got a place in no time.If you are at Vue cinema or around you should definitely visit this place.

Haven’t been to the Lakeside Wagamamas before! This is the first time I’ve been out since March to actually eat out. I’m so happy that Wagamama - great job with social distance! Hand sanitizer on entry and sitting space was great, I didn’t one feel uncomfortable during my visit. Staff were wearing their face (screen) mask which is even better!The food! Highly rate it! Went with my friends, they had the meat dishes (I had the seafood as meats are not halal). My friends are foodies just like me and they were “oh so happy” lol. They gave it 8/10 real fast!I got prawns and chilli squid! Loved the prawns but the squid was super dry and not really feeling the chilli oil it came with - too sweet. I got 2 potions of the prawns thoooough! Banging!10/10 easy!Ebi katsu - prawns in crispy panko breadcrumbs. coriander. fresh lime. chilli + garlic dipping sauce! Levels!We ordered:Firecracker Chicken 7/10Not enough sauce. Chicken and spiced leave was decent but the chicken was just not coated in the sauce enough, I had to literally get the chicken and scrape the plate for more sauce lol. Not spicy enough, but sauce did have a nice flavour, just not enough of it :(Prawns (ebi katsu) 10/10!Amazing! Sauce was lovely! Really nice, very flavoursome! This is coming from someone who is very picky when it comes to seas food! Get this!Squid 5/10Argh man, this was dry, needed another condiment. Not seasoned much :(Teriyaki sirloin steak soba 6/10Noodles did not have much flavour, steak was decent but not much taste. Needed some chilli oils with this for sure!Yakitori chicken skewers 10/10!All that! Grilled teriyaki! Amazing! Get this! Confort food! Worth getting 2 potions of this! LolKorean beef Bao 10/10Oh my days! Get 2 orders or these because they are tiny but soooo nice!!! Beef cooked beautifully, tastes of Mauritian beef, very comforting and the mayo was a nice touch. Super soft bao buns! Ps, didn’t really taste any coriander but all good!
