Such a rude driver and receptionist who hunga up me. They send me the worst meal that cost me 17.60 worth. The rice is dry and and noodle is soggy. Rubbish cook

I went in to get some food was completely disappointed. I got some spring roll they were very oily, took a bite off the first it was nice and then one was. cold in the middle and moist. Got some special fried rice and i got special burnt rice. When she came out with the food i said it was quick and clearly i got the left overs.

Please do not eat from here, I’ve just had a house special chow mein and ribs in honey£12.30 and I have them £15 as I think the only reason mummy is part of their name is because the children were watching tv in the restaurant.Raw chicken, one piece of beef, two pieces of raw broccoli, two prawns. The ribs are like the mini chocolate options you can get now like mini twirls etc but the ribs are just bone and fat.Has to be the worst food from a takeaway.- rating for them.🤮

Horrible! It is not tasty. And the meat dishes were made of some left overs from the look of it. The potatoes were a bit raw. And this takeaway is more expensive than other Chinese takeaways on top of it. I mean for £65 it was really-really bad.

Im sorry but AWFUL! First time buying from here and it tasted horrible. I don’t go out of my way to make reviews but I had to!special fried rice, OK.Chicken curry, Disgusting!. Didn’t taste like chicken, sauce was watery (jelly like) and the chicken itself was tasteless with a horrible texture. The sauce looked pale and unappealing.Chicken balls tasted like they were fried in fish oil!! (Most likely OLD OIL) What if I had been with my family member who is allergic ?? Looked overly fried.Chow mein, was okay but indeed dry and had no real succulence to it :((((Couldn’t finish even if I tried.I’ve had many different Chinese takeaways and this is bar far the worst!Overall felt like we was eating left overs.I can not recommend.

So extremely disappointed to writing this review as hate to give anybody a 1 *We have been using Yummie Garden for years and the food was amazing, but on our last 3 visits its been mediocre to say the least. Our last order last night I actually phone and complainedThe chicken chow main had 3 pieces of chickenThe egg fried rice was burn and the Beer in black bean was completely black to the point you couldn't even see the peppers or onions or chillies or even the beef it was beyond horrible. They must have a new chefI would not recommend you wasting £40 as we did .

Chef must have had the night off. Ordered chicken & sweetcorn soup - looked ok but tasted like warm water, no flavour. Chicken in blackbean sauce looked like it have been made using a ready made sauce. BBQ ribs ribs were v. salty and so were the sweet and sour chicken balls. only thing that was decent was the pork chow mein and even then i've had better . There are better takeaways than this in the area ... avoid

Absolutely lovely food, wonderful service and very friendly staff. My daughter is 7 years old and we went there for her first Chinese restaurant meal after watching Dumbo at the nearby cinema. She is usually a picky eater and slow with it but at Yummy Garden she could not get enough of the Lemon Chicken with sweet and sour sauce. She loved it. We had Special Fried Noodles and Duck with vegetables too and she said that she wanted to come back and eat there again. The owner was so helpful and she could not do enough for us. My daughter even made friends with her two similar aged daughters and when we left they were hugging each other and waving goodbye.Absolutely brilliant place to eat and the food is so plentiful we ate our fill and took two large containers home with us to have some more tomorrow. And at just over £17.00 for the lot very reasonably priced too. I thoroughly recommend this hidden gem in the heart of North Finchley. I shall definitely be going back whenever I am in the area again.

Extremely disappointed! Will not be ordering from here again. This is the 2nd time I’ve ordered and more disappointed this time. I thought the first time was a one off. The order was completed messed up. We got a different order to what we ordered. The ribs were full of fat and not cooked properly. We asked for crispy noodles with black bean sauce and no vegetables. We got crispy noodles with vegetables and no sauce. The noodles were not edible. It was like biting into plastic. If you dare complain the woman who takes the order argues with you on the phone! Stay away from this takeaway.

Nice vegetarian dishes for me and my son was never disappointed with his meat dishes either. Generous servings . We got a free pop and free prawn cracker . Comfortable seats if you want to wait inside for your order.Very kind and patient customer service.
