Yo! Sushi Brent Cross in Barnet

Went as a group of 5 because we had a gift card. It turned out that you had to spend exactly the amount on the card. Try selecting the precise dishes to reach an exact amount especially when it all has to be done on an app! Come back waitresses all is forgiven. In the end the manager allowed us to get close to the figure on the card and pay the rest separately. The restaurant is a bit cafe like and because the conveyor belts are not in operation (something about a pandemic preventing them), it lost some of the usual atmosphere you get in a sushi bar. You know, choosing something by what it looks like through the lid and hoping it tastes good. Notwithstanding all that, the food was really tasty and we ate a lot more than the value of our gift card... Oops.. But never mind it was still good albeit a bit costly in the end. Just avoid the temptation to keep ordering and it will be fine. Would we go again. Maybe once the system is all working again.

The member of staff were extremely friendly and helpful especially being newly introduced to sushi. Such a really nice introduction to oriental Asian food. Loved my overall experience and thanks to the hospitality of the staff would definitely come back again.

Vegetarian food was really tasty. The staff on the night of storm Eunice were all really friendly and took great care of my partner and me whilst we were there. Would definitely return!

Dined in on Valentines and had a wonderful experience and the food was excellent. The waiter that served us the entire time was so friendly with great customer service who didn’t want to give his name but wanted the praise out to the whole team at BRENT CROSS! Definitely recommend and will come again!

Wow! Where do I begin? The experience I have had here in YO! Is beyond phenomenal. Authentic Asian food alongside the most friendliest, accommodating and welcoming staff members which have crafted such a pleasant atmosphere in my short stay. I am not the one to write reviews but I had it in my mind to share my experience. Food was absolutely delicious and tasty! Service was also quick despite being mildly busy. Restaurant is also maintained very well. All I can say is.. I think I found my new favourite restaurant. Well done YO! Brentcross.. wishing you the best in the future!

We went after going to see Santa. We were seated pretty quickly and there was a booth available- no high chairs which was a bit of a struggle. We ordered using the QR code and the first order went through fine. The second did not and it was very close to the Kitchen closing. Thankfully they still accepted our order and didn't rush us to finish eating. Food was to the usual good standard. I think it is on the pricey side. Would recommend.

Visited this branch for the first time & had an absolutely amazing experience here! Firstly we was greeted straight away & given a table. The staff member (annalie) who served us was absolutely lovely. She explained how the new system works & took our order manually as we was having difficulties with the website.We ordered a selection of sushis which were suitable for vegetarians. 3 words. Tasty, Fresh, mouth watering.. we definitely will be coming back again. Special thanks to Noel also for looking after us & making sure we have good service.

Nice sushi bar. The Ramen is delightful as all the sushi Rolls.I tried as well the octopus balls but not impressed with those.Spicy pepper squid is nice but not as good locking as the picture shows.Inari Taco is really tasty.Overall it is a good sushi bar.

Tried the 'oh my green goodness'. Definitely recommend for vegetarians.For £25 you get a lot of food. Miso soup, edamame, yasai roll, pumpkin katsu curry, gyoza.Been twice now with very fast service and friendly staff.Might have to wait a while for a table during peak times so I recommend booking in advance. As there is limited seating due to social distancing.

The sushi is fresh and absolutely delicious, with some interesting rolls like the dragon roll and Yo rolls. The hot food also very satisfying.The atmosphere suffers a bit because of covid restrictions at the moment and we missed the traditional assembly belt with sushi whizzing around the place. But in the end, you make your own fun and it was nice to watch the chefs at work rolling the sushi while we ate at the bar.
