Aligor in Bexley

Ordered a takeaway to be delivered. we started eating the main (curry) a little while after it had been delivered as we had starters first. But when dishing up the mains found we were missing 2 rice - a key component to a curry. We rang the restaurant explaining our issue, asking if they could maybe send a couple of cobra beers instead as by the time the rice would arrive it would be too late and everyone would have finished. They said no but would send 2 rices, they were not very understanding of the issue and did not offer good customer service. They were not willing to refund the rice either. So we managed to share 1 rice we did have between 3 of us!!! By the time the rice had arrived it was little too late! However the good out of this was that the curry was very tasty. But would not order from again due to bad customer service!

Ordered a delivery directly. Order arrived in good time but was missing 2x pilau rice. Called to let them know and guy on the end of the phone wasn’t very apologetic or helpful and quite argumentative. They sent us the missed food but arrived half an hour later after we finished eating. Food was ok but attitude of the person on the phone means I’d never order from here again.

We have ordered take away 3 times over the last couple of months and been consistently tasty and delivered on time.We order online a set meal for 2 with extra keema naan to mop up the tasty sauce. At just over £30 it's great value.Might try calling to tweak the order next time as we only like 2 of the chutneys.

Ordered our food online direct with the restaurant which stated a waiting time of 50 minutes. ONE HOUR AND 40 MINUTES LATER OUR FOOD STILL HAD NOT BEEN DELIVERED. I asked to speak to the manager but was told he was busy taking restaurant orders and to get off the telephone line so that further takeaway orders could be taken. I said no and that I would wait to speak to the manager. Staff member hung up! Atrocious customer service!

Ordered a take away first time this evening . Absolutely yummy, chicken shaslik was the best I’ve had since moving to the area. Quick delivery and loved the sides sauces . I’ll be back 👍🏻

I order regularly from this restaurant and the food is great. Today, something was not quite right and the manager sorted it out with the minimum of fuss. I was really impressed.

The service was EXCELLENT, Loved the vibe, display and the energy of the servers. The food served here is a modern fusion of exotic ingredients. Best curry I have ever eaten. Love this place

One of the best dine-in Indian restaurants in the area. Excellent service, piping hot food and a few free added extras to give it that personal touch.

We have been to the Aligor a couple of times now and found the food to be very good. We ordered a large takeaway last night with friends and found all the dishes to be very bland. It will be a long time before we will return.
