Antalya Kebab House in Bexley

Awful chicken donor. Looked so promising. Other dishes may be nice but bit thus one. No airs or graces just thrown in a pitta.

The lamb when eating it was quite tasty. However the next 24 hours were not. I had the mixed lamb with pitta and salad. I have been non stop throwing up since 9pm last night. Order from here if you want the worst experience of your life.

I ordered food from here on just eat and the food never came. I appreciate that thats to do with the driver but I didnt get a number from the driver. The staff at the restaurant were really unhelpful. They were very rude and hung up on my sister when we asked if they could contact the driver or if he had picked it up.

Best turkish food about and its a take away... Everything is top quality and generous portions. Best compliment I can give it is I choose it as my birthday meal every year.

Absolutely disgusting. Ordered off of Online and in the description it states that sauce is included. 2 of them there were no sauces at all. one of them there was a sauce that we did not order. Tasteless chicken donnner.Wish I'd read the reviews before ordering. Potentially the worst Kebab I've ever had. Absolutely tasteless. do not deserve even a one star.

They have great service and they cater for customers with allergies too. I've been to Turkey before so it was rather nostalgic to have Turkish food again. The quality of the food was great, meat is tender and full of flavour. Would recommend.

2nd time visiting the place.I don't live too close to the area and the first time I went there, I went by chance and the place was decent.The young staff in the shop was attentive and made sure I was being looked after even though it was fairly busy.Because of this I travelled again to go and eat there.I wasn't too hungry but was craving a bit of doner kebab so I asked for a kids meat and chips meal.The guy, who looked like the owner was not friendly.I asked for the kids meal and he questioned why I want a kids meal. Does it matter what a customer wants? Kids meal basically means small meal and that's what I wanted on this day.Made the situation awkward.When I was trying to make convo with him, he didn't seem interested at all.Later a different worker served my meal. I asked if I could have some salad and the worker gave me a tiny bit of salad. Like literally a small handful.I then went to pay and it was that same owner who I mentioned who took my money. He didn't ask what drink I wanted. I had to remind him that a drink comes with my order.He then tried to charge me £1 extra because of that tiny salad which I didn't know was an extra charge.Last time they gave it to me so I assumed it was part of the meal like a lot of kebab shops.He ended up giving my £1 back.In the future they should warn the customer if there's an extra charge. It's simple customer service which they lack.In the end when I was leaving I thanked the boss and said bye but I didn't get any response back lol.Anyways I thought this would be a place I would regularly go to but I'm afraid I won't anymore and neither would I recommend my friends and family to this place.It's such a shame how businesses like this lack knowledge on customer service.

I've been using this shop for many years now and used to be superb. I've used it a couple of time lately and the food quality is now quite poor, and have a tendency to overcharge according to their menu. 7.50 plus 1.50 I'm sure is £9 not £10. Not going to use them anymore as I think the service & quality is poor since the introduction of just eat delivery, etc. Plus the sign telling you the card machine isn't working today has been there for years now!

They seem to find it very difficult to take the correct order ( various occasions this has happened) even if you are standing in front of them. If you question the mistake you then get 3 or 4 of the staff shouting things at you like did you order this, did you ask for that. Appaling customer service. Food is not good quality, everything is cold and chilli sauce is squirted all over the place with no care. Just all a but rushed and very careless. All feels like they are doing YOU a favour by serving you substandard food.

This is by far the best kebab I’ve ever been to. Myself and partner come here all the way from beckenham sometimes once a week because we crave it. The staff are so friendly and the food is out of this world. They really do put the effort it and their garlic mayo is amazing. Keep up the good work and thank you :)
