I will never return to this Caffè Nero. Having been a regular almost daily customer here for a year. The majority of staff including the young blonde barista who was rude today know I have multiple sclerosis. I was waiting in a queue today so I put my bag on a chair opposite. A woman in front of me who was being incredibly rude told this barista to clean my table. She came over and I said "I hope she doesn't want my table?". Blonde barista says " Yes she does so move it" !!! I said I will never go to your store again. Was very upset indeed.

Best coffee in Bexleyheath, staff are very friendly and helpful and make a great team. Atmosphere is brilliant. Usually NO PRAMS or KIDS so very quiet. The regular customers are easy going and nice to chat to. Would recommend.

Of all the Neros I use, this one is by far the best and its down to the colleagues working here. Making you feel very welcome with the staff being attentive and friendly. Special thank you reserved for Jordan who is an absolute gem of a bloke who combines all the above and more!

Lovely place, with numerous seats inside and outside as well. The staff was friendly and attentive all the time. I enjoyed my chapucino and snack. The only reason why I rated 4 stars, is due to non-functioning toilets.

Love this place. Good location. Great for popping in for a quick coffee or taking your time and relaxing with friends. Good selection of drinks on the menu. Nice lunch selection of hot or cold sandwiches and panini's, crisps and cakes. Chocolate treats for the kids. Reasonable prices. Suitable for children and good wheelchair access. Accessible toilets with a baby change and disabled access. Lovely pastries and cakes. Worth downloading the app as you get some good deals and rewards.
