Rude staff, over charged because they added a service charge that they didn’t inform me of before I sat down. The gentleman with the surname islam pulling faces at me, I asked for ice cream to be swapped to a sorbet as I’m lactose intolerant and the girl looked at me and said no. Not compulsory but very rude attitude.

Just had really nasty experience as the guy on the till just severed me at the till then touched his nose and mouth and straight on went and touched a waffle without no gloves , no hygienic nothing I refused to take then one lady came from inside and made new oneBut the one he touched after he touched the nose actually someone’s Uber or Deliveroo delivery he didn’t even throw that away

It’s located on the main road, pay & display parking around or May be good option parking in opposite Asda for 3 hrs free parking, Cafe serves all kinds of ice cream, shakes, waffles, desserts & hot & cool coffee drinks. Quiet hygienic place to eat in. Store manager Ella, is warm, welcoming and quite hardworking. I tried Flat white & a cream Frappuccino which is delicious.

The food was good. Very tasty and what you would expect. The price at these kind of places is always too high imo. But the worst thing about this restaurant was the toilets and general level of cleanliness. The toilets were revolting and I would not use them. I did attempt to wash my hands but there was no soap. I asked for it to be replaced and while we were there it didn't happen. There was one member of staff cleaning the mirrors with blue roll paper towel for the whole hour were were there and made very little progress. Priorities need to be reassessed.

We used to go there very often but not anymore! The store is empty and the tables are full of plates and dirt while the employees stay and chat at the till! The floor is dirty, the toilet is filthy, the bar/till is dirty as well. It’s not like it used to be! Big NOPE!

Horrible and incredibly expensive through Uber Eats. Cookie dough came crammed into a plastic container, barley a full portion, covered in way too much white chocolate sauce. It was cold by the time it arrived and didn't even taste nice. Normally the desserts in Creams tend to be really nice, but I definitely would not recommend ordering it for delivery, I will not be ordering again.

No customer service, dirty floors and toilets, no menus and was told to look online, boxes of delivery all around the store - so disappointing, we got up and walked a few shops down to skoops which was fab

For £40 worth of desert we was very very disappointed. Not fresh and tiny tiny portions. Avoid at any lenghts

Perfect for family outing or to celebrate with some sweet dessert 🍨. I wanted to make my own waffle but the stuff suggested the one in the menu would be better, which was so true. However whatever you order don’t forget to get some ice cream those are the best part of the plate 😁. However amalfi lemon sorbet wasn’t really tasty. But the other two were great 👍. Enjoy 😉!!

This place has really improved since my previous visit (few months back) The staff are a lot more efficient and the service is fast. The place reasonably clean and tidy. Very friendly staff who are happy to assist if somethings not quite right. Dessert sizes are very good and there is a very large selection of different toppings and ice cream flavours. There is wheelchair access and room for buggies.
