4th April 2022 the food quality and service was first class albeit quiet on a Monday. Certainly would go again and no hesitation to recommend it. Unfortunately not local to me.

Really not good. Booked but wasnt down on the list but had a proof. Left for 45mins before ordering. Didnt have the duck starter so ordered king prawns, hot 2 small prawns which were burnt. Just finished starters when mains arrived. Put on the table but no knifes or forks. Food was just ok at best. Asked for 4 coffees told sorry No coffee. When we asked for the bill, we were asked what wed had to drink, told it didnt matter if we couldn't remember. so we told them it wasnt hard to remember and was told "ok I'll put that down but doesnt matter if you cant remember" like we'd lied. Service not good food nothing special. We wont be back.

Food was tasty however the chicken pieces in my dansak were overcooked. I was disappointed when I found that the prawns in my Tiger Prawn biryani were definitely tiny frozen prawns. Was pretty shocked to be charged £3 for a roti and £4.50(!!!!) for soda water 😳 Lack of hand soap in the men's toilets was worrying...

Waited over two hours for our food, rang restaurant and was told our order was on the way and would be 7mins, waited another 30 mins then rang restaurant again and was left on hold for 10mins, eventually spoke to a member of staff and was told our food hadn’t even left their kitchen yet. We then had to drive to the restaurant to collect our order. Will not use Curry Mahal again!

Another fantastic meal and great service all round. Delivery on time, the drivers are very polite and friendly. This is my goto Indian restaurant period. I just can’t stop ordering from there! Give it a try - you will not be disappointed! AAA++

Amazing curry house, exceptional value for money, 5 star hygiene rating, very clean and tidy, and very friendly and helpful staff. Will definitely use again and would definitely recommend.

We ordered our food at 18:00. We were told 50-60 mins. After numerous phone calls we were eventually told 'the driver had dropped our order'. That was at 20:00 but we would get the food asap & a bottle of prosecco as an apology. The food turned up at 20:40 minus my husband's main course, chicken jalfresi. Adding this detail as not received a response to my left message!!!!! The bottle of prosecco, miniature 🤣. Shocking. Awaiting response to my left messages.

5 * Service from me and the food was lovely too. Will recommend if your in Sidcup for a curry with a difference. New management know what there doing with great enovative ideas and attention to detail for inside restaurant décor.Great customer service at front with young energetic waiter's who were very polite and very attentive to their customers. If you haven't been to 'Curry Mahal' #Sidcup you haven't had proper curry in London.

Dreadful. Ordered a takeaway online at 7pm with an estimated time of between 45mins and an hour. An hour comes by, no food. Made a phone call, said it was still cooking and would be ready and delivered in 20 minutes. Another 20 minutes goes by. Still no food. Second phone call made - “should be out for delivery soon”. It took a total of 2hours from placing the order to the bang average food to arrive. The prawn starter costing £6.50 was two measly prawns - embarrassing is an understatement. A rice dish was missing. The only saving Grace was the 40% off - but still wouldn’t pay what we paid. If you can’t handle a promotion - don’t do one!Staff promised a phone call with “the guvnor” and yet to still receive one. Won’t be ordering again. Due to this, one of our party had to go and work a night shift without food because of the lateness!

. This restaurant hardly needs my review. It is a well established local favourite. Ate early on a Monday evening. Still quite busy in there. Food delicious, service attentive. What more can you want.
