Domino's Pizza in Bexley

I don't know coz I hate Dominos pizzas

Ordered for 1 pizza 8.50 but at 10.20 not arrived, phoned twice and told only 1 driver, ridiculous. Am hungry and feel let down. Unlikely to book again

Excellent service and the pizza was 10/10. Definitely be ordering from this place again for sure. Highly recommended

rude customer survice I called asking if they had unicorn pizzas and they sweared at me I’m 8 years old 😭

Usually really nice. Was poor today, total waste of money, slow delivery, pizza was warm, not piping hot. It took 20 minutes to arrive to my house even though i live 5 minutes away. It's gone down hill, i won't be returning.

Been there twice now both time's the order was wrong so had to go back i didn't even order hard pizzas to there credit they changed them but after waiting as they messed one of the pizzas up first then to have to go back was a pain. Will give them 1 more try after today fingers crossed

Rating is for the service and inability to speak to any one whilst waiting as the phone wasn't answered. Food when it eventually arrived was unsurprisingly cold - it had been under 'quality control' for over an hour as well as being in the prep stage for over an hour before that. Yet when I ordered and paid they said 30 - 50 mins delivery!

Awful. I placed order 130PM - it took almost 45min before the status on the tracker went to 'Prep' stage. After x4 calls to the shop, i cancelled the order and requested a full refund. The management was not prepared to compensate me other than offer a free drink next time (what next time!). Delivery driver turned up 3.20PM. Declined him at the door - so much was my disappointment. No food can be enjoyed on an annoyed stomach. Will try Welling branch next time.

2 hours late. My friend left to go to work before pizza delivered. No answer on the phone. So one pizza no longer required24 hours later. Just phoned to complain about last night. Not prepared to do anything about as then they would have to do it for every customer. Not prepared to take responsibility for last night. And when I said I wouldn't use again said that was fine. Doesn't care about losing customers!!! Appalling management...

I would like to say they do nice pizzas, but as I placed an order for 6 pizzas at 20:30pm and left it 45 minutes to call them to see where the order was (46 times before someone actually picked up the phone) and was told it would be another 2 hour before delivery) I can't comment on the food. Disgraceful service
