Fortune Inn in Bexley

They are terrible at communication. I tried ordering food. Less than 10 mins of placing the order, they sent me a text saying my order was canceled because they were unable to call me to verify the items I ordered. I’m unsure how I was able to get a text of the cancellation but NO call. I’m unsure as to why they even needed to verify my order. Terrible first time experience!! Cancelled my order without reason.

Useless will never use again ordered meal waited one hour did not arrive phoned and they said on its way still not delivered so we ordered from Beijing spring instead will NEVER USE FORTUNE INN again Terry Wright

Food is an insult to your pocket and stomach. I thought ingredients were of poor quality. Example the chicken isn’t fresh chicken. Shaped processed chicken

The food is nice, but seemed a bit expensive when you eat in. You also seem to get more rice in the takeaway portion.

I went here last night with friends as we wanted to eat at a buffet - we were the only people here, thanks to the football! We went for the 'all you can eat' option. The food was delicious and served quickly, and was all made fresh (and not greasy!) The service was fantastic and we had a wonderful evening. The staff were so kind and friendly. We'll definitely come again when we're next in the area. Thank you so much!

My family and I have been ordering takeaways from Fortune Inn since it opened a few years ago.For us it is hands down the best Chinese in the area. I can honestly say that I have never had a bad meal from this restaurant.Every dish we have ever ordered always tastes fresh, is packed with flavour and is never greasy (a problem I've found with some Chinese restaurants).My only slight gripe is... on the couple of occasions we have eaten in the restaurant there hasn't been much of an ambience. But... the food and service has always been amazing.

Gorgeous food. Always fresh and delivered hot! Staff are very polite and the restaurant is always extremely clean. I've been ordering from here for two years and we always enjoy it! Never had a bad experience. Some Chinese takeaways are really greasy. This is just perfect!!

I really like the Fortune Inn, the food is better quality than your standard Chinese takeaway but still reasonably priced. The staff are friendly, helpful and child friendly. The restaurant is a pleasant place to eat in but we generally go for a takeaway as we live locally and have young children.

I've been here twice in quick succession. The restaurant is decorated very tastefully and has seating for around 50, which is much more than I expected. The service is very good, with our starters being delivered quickly and then offering us a slight pause before main courses. There was no feeling of being hurried or rushed. The food was of a very good quality and I'd happy take friends, family or dates back.
