Had an amazing time when we dined here yesterday to celebrate our Anniversary.Our waitess Charlee and all the staff at Miller and Carter went above and beyond to make our Anniversary really special. The Service and food was exceptional. A very memorable experience. We can't wait to return and would highly recommend this restaurant. Charlie is a credit to your team at Miller and Carter.

Actually disgusted by the quality of food we received here at Miller and Carter bexley last night. Been here many times and it's never been this poor! Expected to pay up to £200 for this absolutely shocking. When complained the waitress was rude and defensive and made us feel like we shouldn't be complaining! Eventually the manager came over who was actually very friendly and professional and took 1 steak off the bill. I am slightly annoyed I had to pay for any of this food and didn't get offered anything complimentary. Awful food its a steak house and couldn't even get that right! Overall very poor..abrupt rude waitress and barley edible food. Sadly will never be going back now.

Popped in for a last minute lunch and honestly haven't experienced service like this in ages! Donna was attentive, friendly and helped settle our indesisions with some wonderful suggestions. The food was sooo tasty and Zaina came to make sure everything was good with our visit which made us feel so welcomed. Really well done all round today 😊

Visited with my husband, father in law and 2 grandchildren ages 6 years and 7 months at 3.30 today. The food was great but what made our experience was the superb staff! The lady on the front desk was great and our waitress Lily was a credit to Miller and Carter. I took the youngest for a walk and then the 6 year old wanted to come out to me. Waiting outside for her Lily walked her out to me. The staff made our afternoon and we will definitely be back

First visit and will definitely be going back. The staff at the door were very welcoming, our waiter was too. The food was delicious and we rolled out of the door afterwards.The venue is gorgeous and the inside wasn’t at all like I was expecting - it’s much nicer than I thought it would be.

If you are not aware already this is a steak house.The menu is limited if you do not want steak but there are burgers,chicken, and vegetarian dishes available.We were advised the bar was not open and to arrive 5 mins before our booking.The service we received was 5☆, and the food excellent, with the steaks cooked perfectly.If you like your steak then you will like this Miller & Carter.

I was very surprised how big this branch of M&C was and the service we received was exceptional. We didn't have a reservation but was seated immediately our waiter ensured we had everything we needed at all times. Even though it was a lunch service so quieter than an evening service I do feel like the service was better than some of the other branches we have visited.

Really tasty Chicken burger and Dirty burger, and lovely friendly waitress staff who were great with the kids. We would have given 5 stars but all of our sweet potato fries were burnt. We were in too much of a hurry and a bit too hungry to complain so we drenched them in sauce and they were OK.

4 of us came here on a Sunday early evening for dinner.The place is beautifully decorated and has a warm, cosy, traditional vibe with a hint of decadence. It's a huge space divided into several rooms.Being famous for its steak, my friends ordered The Steak Experience - it comes with a steak of your choice, salad, fries and an onion loaf. You choose your steak, the sauce for your steak and which dressing to go on your salad. Prices range from £16.95 to £37.50 (the surf and turf).They all loved it, especially the onion loaf!I ordered the Battered Cod which came with chips, tartare sauce and minted crushed peas £14.25. Everything was really lovely and a huge portion size.The Banoffee Pie was way too sweet for me, as it was sitting in a pool of caramel sauce but the pie itself was delicious.We had a toddler with us and the staff were so kind and accommodating, which made the whole experience more relaxing.Would definitely come here again as there's lots more on the menu I'd like to try!

It was our first time here and we absolutely LOVED IT! We weren't sure what to expect but came on a recommendation and we weren't disappointed. From the very warm welcome by Joe at the front desk to our wonderful server Ara, we had a great time! The food was amazing and reasonably priced. We spent £65 (including tip) for 2 people which included a cocktail and soft drinks. It was a lovely date night and we're looking forward to coming back another day!
