Had a very good meal here with a friend recently. The place is a bit of a tardis inside. Excellent service and reasonably priced.

A good standard of curry. A thoroughly enjoyable meal for Mother's Day.

Mother's day meal. £14.95 per head. Food was good if a little on the small portion side. It was however a set menu. Staff were friendly and attentive and very helpful. I would say the air con needing turning down a bit as we were quite cold. All in all a pleasant meal.

Had to wait a long time for our meals. Was getting agitated. I ordered chicken tikka which comes with salad as a main course according to menu. When it finally arrived no salad came with it. Just chicken bunged on plate, had to ask waiter to get me the salad which he did, but it was just thrown in a bowl. The tikka chicken was very dry and bland. I was disappointed although my husband enjoyed his meal. Will go back again in a couple of months and give them another try, as may be different next time?

So impressed...Great food, awesome staff and service plus there's a car park to the back of the restaurant that's free after 6pm

This restaurant has been a go-to for our curry nights for a good 4 years now. We've only in the last few years been let down a couple of times, but tonight was a let down of a far greater magnitude. Ordered through Uber (which we have done many times) the curry was delivered by a nice gentleman, yet when he pulled the bag out of his Uber holdall, the curry was leaking everywhere due to the inept way it had been packaged by the restaurant. As you can see in the pictures attached, this affected the rest of our contents, to the point where it was not salvageable. I proceeded to call the restaurant, who were constantly trying to blame everyone else (the Uber driver and even me for ordering through Uber) for this mess apart from apologising and taking responsibility for the way they had packed this upright. They merely did not care that this had happened and just told me to order again and sort it through Uber. Probably good for a walk-in, but not dealing with them in takeaways again as they don't look after loyal customers. 2nd star is because the food has been good over the years regardless of the dreadfully rude staff.**UPDATE**"Care is taken with our packaging as failure to do so would mean a waste of our ingredients and loss of customer. Bags are double checked before handing over to delivery drivers. Therefore, it is clear the food was spoilt during transit." It WAS spilt in transit, BUT the reason it was spilt is because of the way it was packed. And yet you CONTINUE to blame the driver. I guess you're suggesting that he stopped and decided to repack the bag, so that it would spill all over his Uber holdall and disappoint the customer. To proud to own up to your errors.

Only really worth coming here for the Sunday buffet, Service is just plan bad! Miserable staff, long wait times for food. Food itself is okay not the best, ordered Lamb chops ended up with lam cutlets.

·

Accommodating for our large group, efficient and friendly service and the food was outstanding. Highly recommended.

Large local restaurant. Good food and drink at reasonable prices. Staff polite and attentive. Parking can be a problem.
