The specialty is Punjabi cuisine with a good number of choices on the menu. The food was excellent, the portions just right, with fast service for this type of menu despite the fact they were a bit short staffed the night I was there. They will also tailor any dish to suit your taste or desires, it's not an assembly line pre-prepared type of establishment like so many Indian places are.The seating and ambiance was quite comfortable and it was easy to carry on a conversation with our friends. The location is good, and it's possible to find parking quite near the restaurant if you are driving. This was a huge plus as many of our other Indian favorites can be quite a challenge when it comes to parking and access. The dining area is also handicap accessible, and with the parking as previously mentioned it's not a huge ordeal getting to/from your transport.If you are looking for north Indian cuisine, I highly recommend this place.

It is strange to see Indian restaurants closing when they were once the go to place for eating out.But here is one Indian restaurant you woudn't want to loose.The ambience of the place is superb with tasteful decoration and lighting to provide an intimate feel.It isn't the largest restaurant you will eat in but you I've never had a problem getting seated during the week. To be on the safe side it might be best to book if you intend visiting on a Friday evening or during the weekend.The menu is extensive providing a dish to suit most paletes. As for the food the quality is first class seved up in unique dishes -- something I've not seen in any other tandoori restaurant.There is an added bonus for drivers. Try the Masala tea. It is excellent.In my opinion you won't be disapointed with Jhas Tandoori. And if your experience is anything like mine you will go back time and again.

Food is good here but the service really lets it down. Slow, sloppy and inattentive, plates and glasses not collected, struggled to get their attention for drinks and lots of little annoyances like not collecting the menus after taking the order.

Was a lovely the first I ordered however order this tonight was quick once rung up to query the timing of delivery but turned up missing something then when it gotDelivered correctly the rest was cold and one of the people that had the curry has a very mild non spicy curry an all was thrown away as was way to spicy than all the previous curry houses we have been to before as this is something we have every week an thought we would try here for a change very disappointed ☹️

First time we have been here for many years, we went with friends who swear buy it. It was superb the staff are welcoming and the cuisine is excellent, we have booked for next week before we left.

Went to this Indian it is one off the best the device is great 10/10 the food is spot on the service is great the seats are spot on so helpful people I would defo recommend this superb place to every one I no thanks again A star

Well prepared, very tasty food. Friendly staff. Relaxed unhurried service.

I unfortunately placed an order from this establishment and had a rather bad experience in which I would not recommend to others.I was told our food would take "about an hour" and it actually took 1 hour AND 50 minutes. I called 3 times inbetween and was told 3 different things each time on when my food will come.The food came and not to my suprise at this point we had an item missing (which at a later point was told I didn't actually order it) and the food was as I expected cold.We had to microwave the food. Not really what you want to do on a Saturday night. I called to leave this feedback and management didn't really seem to care. They tried to brush me off and offer me a 'discount' on my next order. Having this experience I did not really want to order again and I would reccomned you don't either.Poor experience, overpriced food that was cold. If you want these things then go ahead and order.

Clean and friendly. Very bland food and was only warm not hot. Smallest pieces of meat I’ve ever had and small portions overall. And the kitchen threw away a plate of food after the waiter clearly asked them to put it in a takeaway tub.

Have been here a few times for takeaway. Food is nice and price is OK compared to nearby competitors. The staff are friendly too.
