KFC Welling in Bexley

Ordered through just eat and received the completely wrong order! Nothing that I ordered was included and attached was a receipt for a different customer. Waste of time and money!

As seems the case with so many takeaways these days they think it is acceptable to short change you on your order. Ordered amongst other things popcorn chicken only to find it missing once i got home .

Had a fantastic meal at Welling KFC today pleasant staff nice restaurant only criticism I thought the beans tasted different to the usual KFC beans which I love but still nice food.

Always rude staff dont listen and never give u ur recipt they ignore looking at u as much as possible so they dont have to serve you chicken is always cold dining area always sealed off and closed no matter what time of day

Utterly disgusted with the dirty tricks the employees play on customers. Not only did the chips taste somewhat like it was just reheated quickly, but the drink I had was DEFINITELY WATERED DOWN. One sip and I knew straight away - you did not have enough liquid for the drink so you added tap water to make it seem full. I am horrified by this atrocious action, and despite the rest of the food being okay this made me really crestfallen at how customers are being treated. The normal colour of the drink should be much darker, but now it looks like I was served urine.

I can’t believe what I received yesterday. I ordered a rap, and a fillet burger and what they sent me... it is unacceptable!!! I’ve been calling them for the past 12 hours, no one picks the call. The rap was even chopped on the side with nothing inside just a tiny hard chicken ... what is that? Is it a joke? I need my order back or a refund. I didn’t want to write a review but you gave me no choice since you’ve refused to answer my calls.

Terrible service why are the staff so badly trained. They think it's funny keeping the customer waiting for their receipt. Giving cold food. When asked to provide hot foot all sniggering amongst themselves. Is this your standard kfc! Sack the lot of them

this kfc branch dont even diserve one star to be honest, i might aswell went to mcdonalds and got a happy meal, the portion size was so small, the burger was like a kiddies burger the chips i counted there was 9 in a the pack and the wings looked like a dog mauled them, really dissapointed and will not be going there again....

Standard KFC, staff are really busy. Restaurant section needed more attention as when we went it needed cleaning. Also, the entrance door is really hard to open and close, therefore, it'll be almost impossible for a disable wheelchair user to enter. It needs fixing.Another thing that needed attention is the products, as they seems to have run out of hot drinks quite regularly.Otherwise the chicken and stuff are standard affair.

Wrong food, what was delivered was hard chicken. The chips are cold the inly good thing was the can of drink but that was wrong as I ordered a water. This will give you food poison and should be closed down. Worst KFC in the UK. Lucky i am alive to write this
